I m dying to make mochi with persimmon one day😋. Thanks for the recipe🤗 But, I managed to use it when making the cloud bread and covered with the mint syrup. For me it was quite tasty🐱(I think for a raspberry cloud bread it will be nice too. BTW, the banana cloud bread gets delicious😋. I tried it:banana puree stewed with sugar without oil and mixed with whipped whites.And after baking covered with choc glaze).
