Good morning Adee! I have done this a few times before and love it so much! Just did it again after a full body workout! I don't stretch the sides enough and wanted to do this! Much faster than I expected but incredible stretches, that deep side stretch with one extended leg was Marvelous
these 10 minute routines are my favorite. they hit areas I'm not used to and I do them in the morning before going to work everyday.

Good sound. Mirrored instructions which not many use and are so much better to follow ( meaning, when they say "left" you see the teacher tuning to your left side not theirs, small detail but it makes all the difference). Congrats 👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼

I'm so glad you made this one, I was nearly going to recommend one on this. I didn't know how to go about it, I just know I was looking for the oblique area, serratus, lats all on the side muscles I'm aware of. I was even testing out all kinds of strerches and gathered some together. I have about 7, but hey the more the merrier! : D. Definitely adding this to the list, these stretches are probably the most ones that make my body feel bendy and not stiff. Again keep up the fabulous work!

Thank you so much for producing these videos! I have been following them now for a couple of weeks and it has made such a difference for me in my journey towards flexibility. I also love how you tend toward safer poses on knees and sensitive areas without sacrificing the deep stretch.

I really liked that last stretch, I wish you had provided more commentary in between moves on breathing/whether hips should be lifting when leaning over.
Manageable for this beginner. I appreciate the mirroring, so I can follow with the tv.

Can you do a flow for sides and stomach stretches? Maybe a series.
Also, can you do a series for a full body stretch? Starting from head stretch, to chest, arms, stomach, back, legs, glutes, and so on? It can be like your other series for a full body stretch.
I really want to be flexible, and your videos are helpful.

I loved the stretch but I don‘t feel like this is really a yoga flow… there were no instructions on breathing and the positions changed very very fast. No hate but maybe don‘t use „yoga flow“ in the name of the video.. In my opinion it sets wrong expectations
