    In her video, there is no written recipe, so I’ve written it down to make it easier to follow!
    ANT-INFLAMMATORY BAGELS (GF/DF/SF Makes 4 Bagels)
    Dry Ingredients
    ½ cup of coconut flour
    4 teaspoons of psyllium husk *powder NOT flakes
    1 ½ teaspoon of aluminum free baking powder
    ½ teaspoon of (mineral) salt (I use ¾ teaspoon)
    Wet Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 (and ½) tablespoon of avocado oil
    1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (and line a baking sheet with parchment paper).
    2. Put ½ cup of water in a pan and start to bring it to a boil.
    3. Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
    4. Whisk together all of the wet ingredients, until frothy/foamy (about ½ minute).
    5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
    6. Now add the ½ cup of almost boiling water to the mixture and mix well.
    7. Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
    8. To shape the bagels: roll one quarter of the dough into a ball, shape into a patty, press a hole through the center. (I keep a cup of warm water nearby to keep dipping my hands into and rubbing onto the dough to smooth any cracks etc.. Also, as you press the hole through, smooth the (hole section) into the bagel - smooth with water.
    9. Repeat the 3 other quarter sections of the dough.
    10. Separate one egg (the yolk separated from the whites). Beat the egg yolk and store the egg white in the refrigerator to use another time. With a pastry brush, cover the bagels with the egg yolk.
    11. Refrigerate bagels for 5 minutes.
    12. Take the bagels out and brush the bagels with alittle more egg yolk.
    13. Sprinkle bagels with your choice of topping. (I like to use everything but the bagel seasoning for savory or gentle sweet and cinnamon mixed together for sweet.)
    14. Bake for 20 minutes.
    15. Then set your oven to Broil -Hi. Put the bagels back in. Check EVERY 30 SECONDS until desired golden brown color is reached!!
    16. Let cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
