- Replacing the irritating broken slat on your blind is fairly easy to do if you have the time. If saving money does not motivate you then I suggest you do it due to privacy issues. It is admittedly an eyesore looking everyday at that one broken blind/slat isn't it?

I have used clear gorilla glue twice to repair a broken slat, while the perfectly good slats at the bottom were laughing at me. I will be doing this first thing in the morning. Thank you so much for this enlightenment!

The plastic plug broke right off, but I was able to thread the lines through the holes without removing the plugs. It wasn't easy but it got done. Now I have my privacy back. Thank you!

We have custom blinds and they were ridiculously expensive. The company that installed them wanted a flat fee of $100 dollars to fix them. Your video saved me! Thanks again 😊

Honestly I can't tell you how many times I have seen people throw away their blind not realizing what a simple repair it can be to simply fix a broken slat which can end up saving them at least $75 minimal! Thank you for watching glad the video helped you!

It's amazing how many people will just toss the old blind because of a few broken slats and spend $100 on a new blind. I learned the same lesson when my son was going through that stage... they just love to look out the window to experience the outside world 😅

The thread or whatever you call it on my blinds cane off on the top and so they are hanging side ways half way down. How to fix the top?
Question: is it possible to fix the thread that broke from the very top and now the blind looks bent?
