The reason I love these videos are:
    1) They are clearly explained, with excellent animations, to say nothing of the 3D components.
    2) You don't leave anything out. When the video is over you know exactly how it works, with no boxes/mechanisms left unexplained, for those who need a thorough explanation. Even if you forget how it works in the future, and just take it for granted that it does, it's always nice to remember that you knew how it worked at one time, so you know it's not "magic".

My mom yelled for 5 mins, and was really mad saying I needed to buy her a new one now, I watched this video. Figured out the rusty lock part was preventing the blinds from going back down. Shoved my pocket knife in there and BAM the blinds fell down. Took 3 mins to find the solution and fix the issue. Thanks a bunch lol.

(I would guess he works around an hour daily but relaxed, his videos look very passionate, so I think he has a huge fun making them every day, almost like a video game)

Jared, thank you for showing me how to fix my blind - it had a jammed tilt string. Your instructions were generic enough for me. I was concerned that a part might be broken, but no thing was broken. Happy me.
