These are instructions on how to pull two things out and put the same two back in. I am looking for instructions on how to *REPLACE* the toner... From this video it's not clear which is which, which thing stays in, which gets replaced with one or more new ones, and which gets tossed out, or both etc... ??? Still I appreciate the effort, it's better than the crap video that the stupid HP idiots published.
Good printer, we are using this in our office! HP still is best choice. Sadly latest models not so great.
