I have a friend who races Go Kart's professionally. These are pro Karts though. They do 80 miles an hour. He's all over the world when he's driving. When he's at home or off season, he's building custom karts for people. He manages a business through that. It's not as odd as you think. At the end of the day, he makes his income from driving and building.

I have a friend who races Go Kart's professionally. These are pro Karts though. They do 80 miles an hour. He's all over the world when he's driving. When he's at home or off season, he's building custom karts for people. He manages a business through that. It's not as odd as you think. At the end of the day, he makes his income from driving and building.

He actually attended Thanksgiving dinner at my house that year. Honestly one of the most fun people to be around you'd ever meet. Our conversations never really got into the details of why he left Hollywood. I can tell you that it wasn't for a lack of talent. He had a way of telling a story that just kept you laughing and waiting for the next twist to unfold. Great guy.
