You are so gracious. I do yoga, pilates 5 times a week. But, nothing replaces the ballet that I also do and that from the beginning of my exercises. For me, ballet is complementary in all my exercises and ballet has always been my great passion since the age of 4 and I am now 61 years old. I really like this a day in a life vlog! I have been sick so i stopped exercising for a while but now I'm feeling a tiny bit better so hopefully I will start doing the lazy day exercises next week!! My favorites haha!
