Hi Hannah! The photo on the right side of the thumbnail looks so beautiful! I just wanted to say, thank you so much I am a rhythmic gymnast, but 3 weeks ago i took my first ever ballet class because of you. You just really inspired me and made me want to try ballet, thank you so much for that!! I started doing ballet once a week 1 hour and 15 minutes per lesson. I know it's not that much, but i still like it! And I have a big international rg competition this saturday and sunday (there are 27 competing country's), but my routines did not go so well lately and I got sick today:( Anyway I love you so much, thank youuu!

It really depends but it’s a very busy season at the moment with up to 8 hours a day 🙈

Have you considered having a protein shake in the middle of the day? Its a super quick way of giving your body fuel, and it might help you be less tired and hungry at the end of a long day. Its also a nice way of getting your chocolate fix with no guilt ;) I bet you could get a sponsorship from a protein company for some free taste-testing experiences if you asked around (I say as if you have all this extra free time to call around for sponsorships😅)
