      Folks just imagine before cameras. I had my fair share of run ins with the cops in the 80s and 90s. You think it's bad now? Oh man it was much much worse then. There's still a long ways to go

    Happens everywhere that’s the cop mentality they think they’re above the law and better than other people I’m from Canada they do this kind of stuff all the time here!

      I sometimes think cops are worse in Canada because the spotlight isn't as bright. Then I remember, oh. These cops know their body cams are rolling. They'll proudly proclaim it if you ask them before they beat you up

    "Im having a panic attack"
    "well you need to calm down, geeze" (genius idea, officer obvious, that's not how panic attacks work, but thanks for your intellectual input)
    "Stand up and get in the car, or I'm gonna put you down again." (gee I wonder where all that panic-inducing anxiety came from).
    Not a single cop understands that their job is out of the ordinary. They walk around like their training, policies, and procedures are all common knowledge, even when they breach their own regulations.

      She was questioned about the phone at first, then she decided to run. Which then police see as a threat so arrest, then she resists which makes the problem worse, then she tries to struggle when she is being searched and not cooperating. To be honest I don't think the cops did anything wrong - she was being hostile, obstructive and difficult from the start.

  • @chuck8094
    @chuck8094 Месяц назад +6

    From the beginning: A woman was recording so the cops swarmed her, handcuffed her, and forced her back into the building. One cop pushed the handcuffed lady and two other cops continued the attack. They bring in a torture chair, release the torture hold and force her into a positional asphyxia posture. Once she is strapped down and completely immobilized, she is ordered to stop pulling away. She was arrested, charged, and convicted...of operating a camera in public.

    New sub here. Love the vids. My only gripe is there are no videos with settled lawsuits. Maybe I didn’t watch those ones but just a suggestion for future vids, can you do a vid that shows the consequences cops receive for their actions.

    This video is biased. The police sergeant had an argument at his house with his wife. It is not illegal to have an argument with the wife. The officer was beguiled by the statement off the wife and made a mistake. These videos are propaganda to make law enforcement look incompetent.

      If your here to come to the conclusion that all cops are bad, then you already think all cops are bad. I'm here cuz its entertaining in a fked up way, but I also can see when theres some channel bias in these videos. As you pointed out, that particular one was total bogus, but the last one was awful... cop should go to jail for that one, anyone else would of.

    2nd video: Dude was involved in a domestic so the police had a right to stop him
    3rd video: Dude got popped for warrant. Even if he was explaining things regarding the warrant or identity, he still has to follow orders.
    So disappointed in this channel making false representations of these incidents. Total bias!

    First video, very biased. Whether you like it or not, "probable cause" and "reasonable suspicion" are subjective terms that give law enforcement power in the U.S. That being said, if you're giving them a hard time while you're being detained they have all the right to use another subjective term, "reasonable force" to ensure the safety of themselves or others. Fight in court, not the moment because it just might be the end of you.
