If not the ocean, I've always had a feel of attunement with the lovely trees and forests - and they did such a perfect job at creating that feeling in this pen. Oh those two benus are immensely different, they're just like the leonardo MZ to the MZG xD exactly the same equivalents! Thanks for watching as always, Amy! You at least have 1 Leonardo now in your collection and I now have one similar to it! ^_^ Love your purples. Now I am only missing a pure/dominantly red leonardo. And a black one, but those are usually boring, so maybe not a black one.

However, I noticed that people would strongly prefer one over the other and sell the one that wasn't their preference. I knew something was going on. The size comparison against Pelikan was equally helpful. 🖋 A rainbow of a brand sounds beautiful! I can't wait to see it 😉

I haven't used either my Talisman or Euphoria long enough to really gauge which one I like more, but I do like the designs I picked on both of them haha And I'm glad you found that Pelikan M1000 vs MZG helpful! :) I will do comparisons with MZ too, in my Pelikan video!
@@KenchanKraftsI need larger pens so the Euphoria is perfect for me. I haven't tried the Talisman, but pens of Momento Zero size are too small for me to use comfortably. I do wish the Euphoria came in some of the beautiful Talisman colors/finishes (especially the lavender!).

I think anything thinner and smaller than a Talisman I would need to get used to or compromise on comfort a bit. I agree with you, the Talisman's have such beautiful designs compared to the Euphorias. However, these new euphoria collabs are quite interesting and, in my opinion, better than the Benu originals.

I'm a Capricorn, so I'm torn between my watery colored pens and my grounded earthy pens xD now I bet I'm going to find more earth toned pens in the near future!

It's one of the 5 resins that I like ^_^ but there's also one in spaghetti sand with the resin being vertical. That's probably the one you're talking about. It can go on sale at times so hopefully you'll get it someday! You definitely picked a good looking one :)

I’m watching this for a second time because I fell asleep the first run😢not because it put me to sleep…had a very long work week…Some of my new pen club members went to SF Pen show so I know I missed out on a lot. But I am taking notes from all who are posting videos so this pen newbie can do her research for new pens. My pen journey is taking me into the fancy nib realm now since a pen club member let me try her Schon Dsgn Monarch Nib pen and I want one. And someone let me try their Visconti pen with an Architect nib…I think I am now ready to start this pen journey seriously and for me now I feel it’s the nib…it’s not so much the perfect pen. I’m starting my 5th month into this hobby and still searching for the perfect pen but there is not one until I find the perfect nib to match the fabulous pen. And that’s why I need to go to a pen show to go see the Nib Meisters…😊This is a really beautiful pen and I can see now why it makes a difference who makes the resin rods. I’m very picky about pens…I’m looking at this one now Visconti Opera Master Essence-The Firestorm…yes another Visconti. Someone at the club let me try his with an architect nib…very stunning pen! As you are showing this pen off which is really beautiful I am wondering what inks I would ink it up with…Leonardo should have you do a collab since you love Leos alot…but I always love your pen collection since you have really nice ones. Didn’t know you were from Minnesota…my cousin’s wife is from Minnesota-she’s blonde hair with blue eyes. Well my cousin moved to Japan after her son was born because that is her favorite city. Her son is part Japanese, German and American mixed in with our Filipino and Chinese heritage. Maybe he will enjoy fountain pens with me…lol! The Tokyo Pen show is usually first week of November. Chicago Pen show is a busy one. But I want to go to see Atlas Stationers they are a family who have a special stationery and pen shop and they have an annual sidewalk sale mid August. So this new pen journey is really good everyone wants to help and give advice to this newbie and everyone says go to a pen show to try the pens out to see how I like them. I’m glad I have at least a small pen club and now I want the fancy nibs…too many pens to choose from. But I really enjoy watching you add to your collection and to see that you really love them still as much as the first day you acquired them. That’s my goal to have a collection that’s unique to me that will bring me much happiness for a long time…but it’s kinda fun because people ask me about Visconti at pen club now. I am very jealous of you to be able to have a pen club near you, I don't think we have something like that near me in MN. I think Viscontis are amazing, but they're way too pricey to collect a lot of them, so I am going to just be content with the 2 I have and search for BIG SALES for future Viscontis. I vow never to buy Viscontis at full price. As well as any other italian brand pens AFTER the first purchase of each pen (that first pen can be expensive, but the rest need to be affordable haha!) I hope you'll have a collection that is perfectly tailored to you as well, so definitely just buy pens that you love and think you'll enjoy, not the pens that everyone else has or raves about :P I have done that with the E95S and the Lamy 2000, and those aren't really my favorites or go-to writers. I have since sold my E95S and will most likely sell my Pilot VP Decimo soon, too! It's so cool that your family backgrounds cover so many ethnicities, that's really amazing! I hope you get to go visit Japan and your cousin someday, maybe we'll meet each other at the 2025 Tokyo Pen show haha! ^_^

I think that as our pen journey evolves so does our tastes in pens…Recently I learned that not all vendors sell the same exact pen at the same price…some more than others and visa versa. And I am not too sure about the Decimo because of that clip I think it may bother me when I write. Yes my friend slowly building my collection. But now I discovered what a really big deal the inks are in Japan in these “Inku-Numas” -their ink swamps where it’s just mostly ink vendors…and now I am a sucker for inks now. So I need to figure out some type of storage for those now. I’m sure we’ll meet before 2025! But let’s definitely go to TIPS in 2025 for sure!!! Yes my family is a melting pot of its own but I need to find someone who shares this new hobby. I turned some of them into stampers when I was in college…lol!
