      Finished! Question for you or anybody else... I have weaker L Glute, so I use less weight and sets on the R, so as to not overdevelop/outpace my L. Is that ok for seeking that balance?

    I was able to get in the zone with this workout in spite of not feeling 100% today. I really connected with the glute bridges on the bench. Proud of myself for the weights I pushed up into today. I really needed this motivational speech today. Great job squad!! Jeep pushing through the hard things! We CAN do this!

    Been out a few days to take time to mourn my sweet little cat Skittles unexpected death 2 days ago. I'm pushing through the days bc I'm still super sad but that workout helped me get my stress out. Like the lower step up. It really made me work on my balance. Loved it crushed it! 👍🏋️‍♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸‍♀️

    LOVED that workout, what an awesome awesome focus on STRENGTH. Loved Sydney's pep talk near the end where she reminded us that we're tired not because of life or some other reason but because we're crushing a tough workout. It made me push harder knowing that I was accomplishing some hard work this morning!

    During the second leg of step-ups, she gives great feedback on where to hold the weights on the down-motion. I went back and redid the first leg with this feedback in mind, and it made a world of difference. If anyone is struggling for the mind-body connection during the first leg of this exercise, I'd suggest listening to her advice then redoing it. Great workout!

    During Monday's workout, I broke out in tears because my knee wouldn't let me be great. The thought of not being able to work out or limit myself made me sad. I spent the next few days figuring out what my limits were & what I could do instead of lateral lunges & squats. Yesterday, I did this workout & felt amazing. Took more time, used less weight if I needed to, but I crushed it 💪🏾Truly understanding mind & muscle connection. ❤

    I love rdls, it’s one of my favorite glute/hammie exercises. But I had my foot resting on a wall behind me for all rounds and really connected with the single leg movement!! Loved it!!

    That single leg bench work and deadlift with the bench was everything! Muscles were shaking like crazy..saying hello! Great workout! Good job gang!!! Best one was the single leg deadlift!

    Oh my word that was hard!! Very intense!! My butt is on fire! 🔥 Thank you! I burned 248 calories, but I did do cardio during most of the 45 second rest periods to keep my heart rate up. Thanks so much!❤

    I really appreciate the pointers - for example, move onto the pinkie toe and side of your foot to keep your knee from wobbling during the step-ups. That really worked for me!

    I'm so behind, I stopped being consistent but started back up again a few weeks ago. So I'm just doing this workout today instead of a month ago. BUT!! Today I did the RDL lifting the leg instead of staggered for both left and right! That was an incredible feeling. I know I'm getting stronger, but to notice my balance improve was amazing. It's such a little thing, but it means so much to me. Thank you for these thoughtful workouts and for being the best trainer!!

    Yes I was in tune with my glutes despite I have been dealing with hamstring and glute pain for couple years. That work out really challenged them and stretched them. Sydney you rock!!😊😂❤

    There were so many great moves in this workout. I really felt challenged.
    Step ups are really challenging for me, so the step down negative version was helpful in pinpointing that the weak link for me is INNER thigh where it meets my glute.
    I surprised myself with how strong I am during single leg glute bridges and that REALLY worked out muscle imbalances I've been aware of and frustrated with for a long time--I clearly haven't been isolating enough or pushing enough weight!
    The sumo squat/RDL combo was really great for isolating an area I'm dangerously weak in--lower back/upper glute. Not only do I want to build a shelf, I don't want to blow out my back again! I loved this combo, but took it slow and careful to maintain good form.

    I almost gave up early in to the workout because I could not focus with the music selection and volume. I felt like I struggled to maintain focus and could not hear Sydney that well. But I didn’t give up, thank you Sydney

    Holy moly what an awesome workout. My legs were on fire. My daughter called me to pick her up from work when I was almost done, I said give me 5 more minutes. I finished, I stretched, but I walked out the front door to the driveway instead of going down the stairs. The isolated one leg at a time is always a favorite of mine. Another one in the books.

    Very much enjoyed this beast mode glute work out! The one leg resistance I felt everything and even the single leg dead left on the wall was very powerful never did that before will definitely do that again moving forward as always crushed it 🎉

    Loved this workout Sydney my favourite exercise was single leg Romanian deadlifts with my back leg elevated on my bench, this really helped my balance and focus on that leg and I could hold more weight because I wasn’t fighting for balance. Love all these tips you give us to help us get stronger ❤❤❤❤ Thursday 17/11/23.

    I love when you start with a banded exercise, especially on glute day. It really helps wake up those glutes and I can feel them activating more quickly is the exercises that follow.

    I think this was one of the best workouts I’ve done in a while! The step ups were so much harder than I thought they’d be! I need more workouts like these since I have trouble activating my glutes

    This was an awesome one for me! As a quad-strong person, I have had a harder time engaging my glutes on these workouts for months (it continues to improve, but I have to be 100% focused and intensional).
    I think the opening move with the lateral walks with glute-band was critical for my glutes to engage, setting me up for activation for the whole workout! Thanks Sydney 💕💕💕

    This workout was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I loved the warmup already, I think it was very well targeted and then the whole wokrout, huh! For the first time I did the step (up) down with a bench and it went so well, I felt very powerful after that, it was exciting, opening up a new path where I can try and figure new things out. I felt mostly connected to those sumo squat-deadlift combinations eventho I usually don't feel much connection to it, right now it felt really good. Thank you for this again Sydney, I feel very proud of myself, the things you said in the end made me feel so much better.

    Whew, my legs and glutes were on fire! 🔥I felt my quads targeted the most on the Step Downs. I went up in weight, and really focused on the lowering phase, going down slowly. My glute/hamstring was the most engaged on the single leg Dead Lifts.
    Thanks for a great lower body workout, Sydney! Ready for my day now. 😊

    Love this workout Sydney I went up to my heavy glute band today with the hip extension and single leg bridges ❤❤ Tues 21/11/23
