    I’m so excited to make this for my nephew!!! And I’m definitely excited about the fact that you have a video showing me step by step!! I cannot for the life of me read crochet 🤣🤣🤣 thank you!!! 😁😁
    Do you mind if I ask what size your needle is? I’m using a 5.5 and a little thicker yarn. Is that okay for the Amigurumi part?

      I think you mean the size of the crochet hook. For the blanket I used a 4mm crochet hook. For amigurumi pieces - a 1.75mm crochet hook.
      For amigurumi pieces pick a crochet hook at least a size smaller than suggested on yarn label and crochet tightly enough to achieve a tight gauge that will not allow the stuffing to show through the fabric.

    Thanks for sharing this wonderful tutorial… how do you add the amigurimi doll to this blanket?

    Lovely blanket! Very easy to crochet..even for a beginner 😄 I have a question.. do you chain 3 in every corner, or does this increase as you go to? Thank you ☺️

      Thank you for your question. I make chain 3 in every corner.

    I like these cause when they are babies it’s a blanket but as they grow up you can become a Teddy

    Love this pattern! Can I ask, how much yarn is needed for it?

    • @amigurumi_joys
      @amigurumi_joys  3 месяца назад +1

      Thank you for your question. The blanket is approx 30cm x 30cm (11.81 x 11.81 inches), with cotton yarn(Yarnart Jeans) and 4mm crochet hook. I used about 1 skein of yarn(about 50g).

    So I just watched a granny square tutorial. Not a lovie tutorial. Wish I knew that ahead of time.

      Cry about it. This creator took their valuable time and made a video showing how to do this specific thing. If you don’t like it then don’t do it

    • @blissprokop6239
      @blissprokop6239 Месяц назад +2

      @paula._04 wow man, the title of the video mentions "Crochet Lovey Blanket" with a thumbnail showing said Lovey blanket. Video doesn't show any of it.
      What are you offended for? Has nothing to do with you and obviously didn't offend the creator, since she loved my comment.

    • @paula._04
      @paula._04 Месяц назад

      @@blissprokop6239 well the thumbnail shows exactly what you see in the video, except for the head and the trim. I’m pretty sure you can choose what head you want anyways and if you want the exact thing, you’ll have to pay for the pattern, which is totally fine in my opinion

    • @blissprokop6239
      @blissprokop6239 Месяц назад +1

      @paula._04 I guess your thumbnail must be different. But, why are you so triggered by my original comment if the creator is not?

    • @paula._04
      @paula._04 Месяц назад +1

      @@blissprokop6239 actually idk I guess I did overreact since it’s really not that deep. I guess I thought it was unnecessary to comment when it wasn’t constructive criticism but in the end it’s not my place to decide what is necessary or not. I’m sorry

    I found that one ball wasn’t enough for the elephant pattern - but it doesn’t mention more than one ball in the printed pattern, which is disappointing as I’ve had to order more & I was in a hurry to finish 🙁

    Is it a blanket?

    • @amigurumi_joys
      @amigurumi_joys  9 месяцев назад

      It's a lovey baby blanket. You can adjust the size and crochet a full-size blanket.

      NO, it's just a lovey for a baby! Very small!
