Very cute dragon but one question. During the time you were making it did the thought ever cross your mind this would make a cute sea dragon, aka. sea horse. That was a thought that crossed my mind. All the steps you have in part one for the tail/body, head, body, and spikes would make an awesome sea horse. You would possibly have to alter the tail a little bit so it curls up towards the belly but that would be the only change in the whole thing. I am going to try at some point to make your dragons they are all so cute.
