I’m so glad I found this video, I am a vet living in Silver Spring Maryland. I contributed 4 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, and I always wanted to live in Baltimore. This video is very insightful, and I hope to move to some where in BMORE in 2024. Thank you brother.

@@LIVINGINBALTIMOREMARYLAND thank you so much brother, I’m looking to move in April of 2024. The link is much appreciated, and I appreciate you for your sage advice that you offered in this video. I’m actually 100% disabled for severe PTSD, so this is something I’m definitely going to look into. Thanks again brother.

Just remember you still have to put down a percentage to place it escrow and the closing cost. Unless the owner selling the home takes a hit on some of the closing cost. Which happened with me in my house in florida 😉

@jaymartinez311 thanks for brining this up. As you mentioned the seller can pay some of all of the closing costs up to 4% of the purchase price. That would have to be negotiated into the deal like you did in Florida. Otherwise as you said the purchaser would have to pay the closing fees out of pocket, the good thing though is that the VA limits what fees a lender can charge and also the seller is required to pay fees like a termite inspection so the costs do reduce some. What branch of the military did you serve in?

Why do not veterans 90% and below get tax exemption. There are so many silently suffering vets who strive to make a living, and be productive citizens.
