What is the age limit for the DEA benefit? Also, if you succeed the age limit but were eligible during your time in college, can you get assistance with college loans repayment?
I would appreciate it if you would cover the statutory regulations covering the differences between within CONUS and overseas and how to access representation for the BVA from overseas. Jerry Newland Philippines
Is there any kind of special assistance to help veterans move back the states from overseas for medical care not available in the country I live in. I am 66 years old married to a Filipina and have a 14 year old stepson. I will be 67 in December. I am service connected for high blood pressure, Diabetes, cardiomyopathy, Chronic Kidney disease, Hypothyroidism, Hyperlipidemia, myoproliferative disorder, two heart stents, double hernias which need surgery, and more including spine and multiple radiculopathies and neuropathies, petit mal seizures, arthritic joints including both shoulders. This needs to be a permanent move so household effects must be shipped as well. The fact I have PTSD rated at 70% is a trial by itself because ofn the kidnappings, beheadings, and terrorist activities such a suicide and radio activated bombs at random. I don't have any money. My only asset is my house which I can sell but not till I have an appropriate visa. When that is received I will only have 6 months until the visa processing starts over. There no federal (US) program I know of. Maybe you know of one. Or a charitable organisation that could assist. I want to stay alive, my diabetes is progressing too fast. This is a third world country after all. I would appreciate anything you can do. Jerome Newland HS1/USCG /Retired 100% totally and permanently disabled.
What disabled ones I don’t understand your logic 10% guy I didn’t make any BeTS You sound like Chump marine carried 500Marines Seal3 Admiral Captain Most important JOB u grunt out With Honors & Resume I don’t Like Vets Like You if u even were
Also veterans that are rated 100% P&T are eligible for the DD Form 2765 which is the Department of Defense Uniform Services Identification which allows the veteran to access any base installation for commissary, exchanges..etc..Also beneficiaries such as children and spouses will be entitled to the DD Form 1173 Identification to also access the bases for the same benefits. These ID's are similar in nature as military retirees.
Nice! Good vid. I will absolutely be filing soon, I wonder why absolutely none of these benefits are explained to me or offered to me by the VA. You would not believe the abuse I went through with them for 24 years!
I believe you. I've been there and it is not just you. It's alot of veterans and I push to help I'm trying to come up with some solutions to help stop this abuse at Vamc hospif you would like to compare and talk I'm always here for you I am on FB and my name is Carla Tucker. I'd like to know more about the abuse in which you endured. Maybe I can help . I have been studying this problem for awhile bcuz I feel it's never too late to help turn things around although I always say that damage is done and it's too late but I am still here and still alive and i want to make a difference before it is my time. Help me by telling me your probs with them. It can't hurt. Im here to help. Im just another veteran no one special except I do care about us all love ya and take care. Hope ya look me up and message me.
@@c.tucker95 I usually don't come right out and say it first thing because I'm vary sane, but what they did is so over the top that it makes me look crazy. The VA knows if they pursue a person with everything they have to discredit or harm or in my case murder a veteran, nobody will believe that veteran. Sorry, but I don't do Facebook. The VA continued their direct death threats against me there in 2011 and I got off FB. It's a wonder they gave me any kind of decent rating at all (despite still withholding valuable info and benefits) but they did it to shut me up, make me feel like they gave something, then later hold it over my head as something they can threaten me with or take away if I make any waves, as if I don't deserve what was given to me. They also only gave me my rating because I had enough info to put some people in prison for harassment, attempted murder and conspiracy to murder. They wanted me to shut up, and at first, for many years, they tried killing me to shut me up. The more they tried to kill me the more I exposed them until the evidence became irrefutable, after I had the ears of Washington DC. My first attempt to tell the VAOIG about everything, from day 1, ending with the death threats (that they tried to follow up on, they tried to stop my heart) where a VA director told everyone in her office that she was going to have me killed (my friend warned me, he worked in her office) after my letter to the VAOIG, instead of being investigated, they sent it directly to the director I wanted them to investigate for murdering other veterans and threatening me! It was immediately following that, they tried to stop my heart in a procedure. . Once I got ahold of Department of Defense people did the VA stop their overt attempts to murder me. Only then did they kind of back off. Not only that, but they awarded me my rating. But I still have a primary care doctor who abuses me on every visit. I recorded one of his abusive sessions with me where he called me full of bullshit, in his own words. He called me a liar, outright.. He did not know I was recording him and in Texas I do not need to tell him, legally. Every test to get a rating, the VA falsified the results to insure I got no rating. I have evidence of it but they think the more they do it, the more consistent they are in falsifying results of tests, the more unbelievable I sound. As they say, describing the VA, "It's rediculous how they spell ridiculous."
Thank you for your excellent videos! My husband is 100% P&T with various disabilities from his service in Vietnam. New presumptive conditions are now approved (i.e. he has high blood pressure but no rating for it now, but it is now approved as a presumptive condition). Should we file a Suppl. Claim to add additional presumptive conditions? Someone told me we should in case one of these conditions eventually causes his death. Thank you.
Once a vet is P&T you get any condition tread and shouldn’t apply for any additional ratings unless you want to risk the 100% rating because might review all rated disabilities and could reduce it. They won’t review P&T folks unless you “poke the bear.” Basically no need to bother because the max is reached. However, you can ask for special monthly compensations (SMC,) which is above the pay of 100% but applying is risky as mentioned above.
@@mbm8404 thank you, Marvin. My husband (already 100% P&T) was now just diagnosed with Parkinson's disease - and he was stationed at Camp LeJeune, NC during the contaminated water periods. So that made us wonder if he should have Parkinson's added to his disabilities in case this leads to his death. We have an 11 year old son so thought it might affect his benefits for college etc. But we don't want to risk having his rating reduced. Sigh.
My psychologist said it would be hard with my neuropathy and stress to live in apartments or around big groups. I fall getting in and out of shower. In need of knee replacement in left knee and they want to amputate below my knee on the right. They already tried a cut off and refusing but this bone disease didn't refuse at my right ankle. It's so hard getting help even when a person asks. I've asked VA advocate, a VA social worker, my county CSO and my primary Dr. Getting mail brought to my house was easy just a letter from the VA saying I can't walk over 100 ft. Did get a hospital bed and it ended. I've had a prolapsed bladder and rectocele for a yr and half. They ran tons of tests scheduled surgery canceled and put me on the back burner in tons of pain. What do we do? It's not right they say your a 100% then do as little as they have to for us. And they lie so much it's hard to trust them. When you call and it takes a month or longer to even get a call back when you can't even go to bathroom end up in local er getting catheter. It's crazy.
I don't know if you are aware or not, but VA rating guidelines are to not put future exams in place (the things that keep individual disabilities from being considered static...which if they all are and you are at 100% you get P&T) unless there is specific evidence that shows that improvement is likely or if regulations require a future exam (such as for cancer treatment). If you have a veteran at 100% and look at the reasons for ratings for any condition with a future exam, you should be able to figure out why they think it'll get better. If you can't...you should have the veteran file an 0995 and dispute the future exam. Hope this helps you. :)
HI. I have just recently received a 100% P&T rating. Also, I have my 93 year old mother living with me in my home. I'm now wondering if there are any benefits for her that I should be aware of; specifically, home care/hospice. Also, what, if any, benefits continue to my family at my death? Thanks.
I would rather be concern on having health care. Because if you were not healthy you cannot go to the park. Hope you never go thru what I went thru with needing surgery and Veterans Affairs staff saying that I was ok and almost loose my life. Veterans need to know this... And make their rights to be honored because people have freedom thanks to our effort and many of us got injured in the process. Its a comolete disgrace that I had doctors that deprived me from medicines I was on for years self paid but out of being wicked made my existance very difficult.
@Dale Hansen Oh no Dale, Thank you so much for your Service - Our Country appreciates you & so do I. I can understand your plight - you're not alone. May God Bless you.
I was told by a DAV representative that the VA has a new house loan which the VA will pay an additional $75, thousand of the price of the home loan. So if you’re going to buy a home at $325,000 you can actually buy a home for $400,000 do you know if this is true and how does it work
I had brain surgery in 2018, no one considers my job status, which I worked with jp 4& 5 jet fuel. I was suppose to have had s FBI, but the doctors didn't think I was a candidate for unemployability, so I was pushed away from the proper ratings. I'm over 50 percent now. I have a lung condition along with other elements
Michael Fry true statement! I’m a gray area retiree and will not be eligible for Tricare until I’m 60. My family will lose CHAMPVA when my pension starts to fund.
Thanks!! Recent 100% due to surgery last August, Agent Orange related. 74 yrs. old hoping for permanent rating. Already the Va has reviewed my case 2 months ago. My guess is that they are trying to reduce or totally take away any rating. I was interested in the adaptive housing portion of your talk to have a shower and have the tub removed. Thanks!!
For dental, if you have a service-connected dental disability or condition for which you receive compensation (monthly payments) you may receive any dental care.
I'm applying for benefits, but a program just came open. It's for Service Members, who served before 1975. Wow!! He is 82, don't know if he would live much longer, but, your eligibility, is retro active, to the date of you applied. He has Cancer, two kinds. Anyone with this situation at hand, apply anyway!
Did about Three Phone assessments now, and waiting on the Video with VA, husband and me! Cant say yet what all is involved there, but will update when time allows me. Stay tuned! There is also a HOMEMAKER PROGRAM, not sure what all that is about either. In Hospice, your Vet, 100 % Permenant, a lot of resources offered in the Care Provider Program, for Vet's needing home care. Spouses get paid, If your Vet served, before May 7th, 1975. My husband is 82 now.
I'm 100% permanent and total disabled. I have been turned down twice for the PCAFC program. My next step is through an administrative Judge. I think I need some help.
VA promised me Dental Implants at VA in NY, told to wait 6 monthsafter taking out my teeth. (later I found out teeth were good shouldn’t have been pulled). During 6 month wait for Bottom Dental Implants, I relocated to DE, & Dentist told me “NO” & to go back where I came from. I’ve tried everything, all I get is a “NO”!!! Can I get a VA loan for Dental Implants? How do I apply! I’m 100%. I tried Implant Dentures, VA will only give me one implant, so dentures move, unable to eat. I will pay, I just need a loan, just for bottom teeth. Going thru this since May 2015. The cost for 6 implants & bone added is $25,000, which I can afford to pay back. Can you help or suggest what I can do? Thank You!
Start to finish lost a molar told implant in a week, 4 years later a total of 6 implants most lost due to the original missing tooth, finally got Comunity Care involved was resolved one moth short of 4 years at VA’s expense Don’t give up
I was recently determined to be totally disabled. We did home adaptations 2 years ago before I applied for VA Disability. Can we apply retroactively for a home adaptation grant?
I'm rated 90% with 100% TDIU. My question pertains to dental... I've wanted to have dental implants, but the VA continues to give dentures only. I'm struggling with eating, as I'm unable to eat with dentures. How do I push my VA to allow me to have implants?
VA just gave me two dental implants. They were implanted by a civilian practice in Jacksonville, FL but prior to that VA offered to give me implants at the VA in Gainesville.
Nunya Biznus You should see the DAV and get THEIR lawyer to push you to 100%. The VA Can do a re evaluation. The Key to getting a 100% is you have to play politics. In other words go there at your worst condition when you are in pain and when they test certain body parts you do not try to tough it out as if you can move that part. An example would be like you are tested for leg movement, you normally can flex to 45 degrees. Instead of going 45 you go less. Just like when they ask you for pain level you go high not low 1-10 anything over 6. Mistakes people have when the are rated is they get tested when they are feeling good. You also try to relate to your doctor if they served in the military by talking to them with their and your experience. You want your doctors to like you and have good relations.
@@Grandtrunk I have had the VA Dental Clinic at Chilicothe VA Medical Center do a lot of dental work on me. Lots of cleaning, several bridges, a few extractions, to name a few. The Chief of the clinic is a young married lady who just had her second child and is blessed with a great personality to work with the vets. She set aside one day a week to do nothing but dental work with the veterans, she's not just a paper pusher, I respect that, she's a good egg.
This is so much to digest, but I sincerely thank you all for your informative information. I do have questions. For my Uncle. I am his only niece. He never married, no children. He was in the Korean War in the mid to late 50s. Navy Honorable Discharge in 1956 and went right into the Navy Reserves until completed in 1958. So, I would like to find out what may be available for him, at age 85. From what I understand he never applied for any VA Benefits. None of his doctors are VA physicians. I have heard mixed information that any benefits from the VA must be service connected (as you are mentioning) and an injury at war time. I have heard from others that it does not matter if disability is not service connected and that he should apply for VA benefits, anyway. I have looked at several forms/applications online and tried to partially fill them out for my Uncle but the information on his DD-214 does not seem to match a few of the items on VA Applications (confused and don't want to fill in something wrong.). I have VA applications for: (1) Form 21-2680; (2) 21-526EZ; (3) 21-22; (4) 26-4555; (5) 21-0845; and (6) 21-4502. So, I don't know where to start? He asked me to find out and I told him I would try. He is an amputee since November 2020 NOT--- A WAR TIME INJURY. But do to the fact that the ship he was on was under water for so long in Korea; it may have affected his hearing. Can you help or point me in the right direction for the submission of these applications or someone to speak to? He has never applied before, but at least he would know. Thank you and He would appreciate the help so much. You young ladies are doing a great service to help with the maze of applications and process.
Be careful with what the VA considers "reasonably able to provide care".... I had a severe tooth infection and my nearest VA hospital was 3 hours away. I had a 103 fever and my face was so swollen I couldn't open one of my eyes. Mind you I am 100% P&T and the tooth was a service connected injury. I went to a local er and then submitted the bill to the VA. They denied to pay for it because I should have driven myself 3 hours to the VA hospital, according to them... I guess with my swollen shut eye and 103 fever. After 11 months of back and forth they finally paid for it, dragging their feet. This emergency care is anything but automatic. They're going to fight you tooth and nail when it comes to paying for outside care. Be warned.
Was not able to listen through the whole podcast, so am not sure if the following was covered. When I became 100% IU T&P, I was elgible for $10,00 0 worth of free life insurance through the VA. But, I only had a year to apply for it. Don't know if this is still policy or even available anymore.
I am a Vietnam veteran who was stationed in Saigon. At Tan Son Hunt air base during 1971 to 1972. I discharged 4 22 73. I'm currently at 100%. I'm on the Agent Orange list. My 100% is for my NonHohgkin cancer. I was hospitalized twice for the Nonhodkins. At same time I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer I received radiation treatments. I have been waiting for the Agent Orange decision. Now it has been approved. My question is since I am at 100% do I qualify for more benefits?
I am a veterans with 100% and have sever Mental Health and physical conditions. I have been having sever depression for the whole time that I have disability. I'm rated 100% for physical condition but not for my drpression
Thank you, great . I'ts like they are hiding these benefits. It's so hard to find the information. My husband is total permanent 100%. I've look everywhere for info.
My husband passed away, he was 100% Service connected , we were married for 11yrs, why is it that I won't receive spousal benefits because his disability wasn't listed on his death certificate ? We were denied the the care givers benefit as well! I cared for him 24hrs a day for 15yrs! He was layed to rest on the same day we closed on our home one year later, which he had a va loan on!
CC&K I am 100% P&T and 71 years old and the only thing you will get from the government is a hard time so we have heard this that you say too many times to know it is a business to you and most Veterans know it is just all talk wish you luck
Can you make a video discussing available benefits to 100% Rated Veterans who live in Europe and don’t have access to VA facilities? We are aware of the FMP - Foreign Medical Program, but what do we actually have access to while living over here? For example, vision care and dental. Can we visit a local doctor and be reimburst by the FMP? Over here in Europe we have to pay up front and out of pocket. Also we are required to have and maintain health insurance with the host country we live in. Is there any possability that the VA will pay our health insurance monthly premiums? These are just a few questions it would be nice if you could address. Thank you.
I have 100% and have since I got out in 2016 and T&P and went thru attorney for ss disability but was left day before court by my attorney and was told nothing then said I would have to get permission to reapply . I'm looking for additional benefits my husband has had to take care of me and has hurt his employment because of it and I have 4 children 3 under 18 1 over.
Thanks for your help, but I have questions about rate reduction and payments missing. Can you help me with this. I am 100% based on TDIU

In the State of Montana a 100% rated Veteran (or even a 90% rated Veteran) that has T&D , Unemployable receiving the same compensation as a 100%er pays no property tax up 250K. Beyond that your're tax on whatever is over that figure. There is no vehicle registration fees for that Veteran and 2ea DV (disabled Veteran) license plates for 2 vehicles.
Thank you for what you do for us. Wondering about burial benefits. I know about cemetery's etc. But do they pay anything towards funeral services other than cemetery's we all know about. Wondering about Funeral Directors costs for me and my spouse. Thank you. Bill LaTour 100 percent Marine combat. 68 Tet Offense.
Great video. Just one thing you didn’t mention about the TDIU rating is that you must have a combined rating of at least 70%, with at least one single disability being rated at 40% or more.
Do you have free consultations? Am a 100% Vet and should qualify for full aid & attendance among a denial for Menieres Disease. Also Ft McClellan related illnesses. Help please. Thanks. Oh, I am total.
I am 100% SC P&T disabled and unemployable with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. My treatment is horrible. I am paying out of pocket for medication.
Please do a video on soldiers with severe cluster headaches And benefits they have available. I’m 100% disabled with cluster headaches and would like more info on smc Benefits as I am housebound do to my condition
Thank you ladies for all the information you's provide to all us veterans but could you share a video as to what the V.A covers in the event a 100% Disabled Veteran Permanent in Total Compensation is entitled to so I can prepare to purchase or whatever I need to get a proper burial when my time comes everything will be arranged since I don't want to be a burden to my friends or family since I am single and have no biological children
There is a telephone number for burial info. I called last year and received a packet. I think it's also online. I'm also single and child free. I have opted for pre-paid cremation. You can set up yourself with the VA and your poc usually 2 options to carry out your plans. Get everything in writing now, notarized and sent to your poc.
Big ones for MI 100% PT homestead property tax forgiveness, hunting licenses are 1$ each, and a single vehicle is registered free with a permanent plate.
Please do a segment covering the VA Automobile Allowance Program. It's a wonderful one-time benefit that grants qualifying veterans 22,000 toward to the purchase of a vehicle.
How do I claim for a SPOUSAL care giver for my wife? She has been caring for me for well over 2 years now. What VA form do I need, and how do I make this claim for myself? Thank you!!!
I am currently rated 90% and they said I was still employable . Now my doctor at the VA wrote a letter to them and said that I am not employable that was over 90 days ago. How long does the VA have to make a decision ?
Good Morning Ladies I was wondering if you could tell me what other benefits I qualify for .My husband was a Veteran and he passed away 3 yrs ago.I receive pay every mo,but when he passed they told me I would qualify for a lot of different benefits being his spouse. Could you please tell me what I qualify for? Thank you
I don't know if the VA still does this but they did back in the 1990s they have a program called non-service connected disability! they don't advertise this of course but they do have that program, I mean if they still have that program, they have that program!!!!!! I HAD TO WORK WITH A FREE VA LAWYER FROM THE UNITED WAY GROUP AND IT TOOK 6 YEARS PLUS AND HAD TO GO BEFORE THE VA BOARD IN DC, AND IT ONLY TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET MY 100%!!!!! BUT I STARTED WITH THE NON SERVICE FIRST!!!!!! I WAS LIVING IN CINCINNATI AT THE TIME.
I'm 100% permanent combat related Army Infantry Vietnam Combat Veteran and I'm married. I'm 72 yrs. old and recently moved to Florida. I'm enrolled in the Lake Nona VA Hospital system and Daytona Beach Health Clinic and Mental Health Clinic. I'd like to know what benefits I'm entitled to that I'm unaware of. Thank you
I need to speak with someone about representation for myself and other veterans. They are doing research on us under duress and putting things in our bodies. They are also using electric convulsive "therapy" with and without veterans knowledge. They will come into correctness or they are finished.
Hi, i am having a issue with the VA not paying me, for being married now, the one woman said, because my wife does not have a SSA number is why they will not pay me for being married now ok ?
Hello, and thank you for the very informative videos. My question is, are you awarded for each surgery that’s associated with a direct service connected disability? I was JUST granted service connected for my left knee in 2019 (I was injured in 1990), and in 2021 ended up needing a LTKA. I already need another surgery on the left because of crunching, instability and more than likely Synovitis and scar tissue, and maybe spacer replacement. Additionally, in December 2021, I filed for my right knee, and was just awarded. I now need a RPKA. I have a chronic issue with Synovitis building up in my joints, especially my knees. I’ve had two Arthroscopic surgeries on my left knee, prior to VA accepting the claim, and before the TKA.
I m a Mother of a Veteran, already Senior and a widow (a former member of United States Army) suffering PTSD, cracked spine, narcoleptic, totally cant work.. I m depending on her alone.. I m only her dependant, can l avail of any benefits from the government..l m hopeless right now l m here in the Philippines living with my relatives.. I want also want to go USA and take care of her in her inability to move normal.. Please kindly educate and help me.. Thank you very much
I already have a 100% rating due to surgically removed a total of 5 toes from both feet due to exposure to herbicides. I now have been determined to have bladder cancer which is of course a symptom to exposure to agent orange. I had an interview with the agent orange registry and the doctor recommended me to interview for compensation. Is it feasible to have a rating of over 100%?
My husband’s rating was 100% and died 7 years ago I remarried and applied for DIC and I was told that I no longer eligible for VA benefits for home loan. I am confuse. I need to talk to someone who can help me please. I just need clarification.
I’m TDIU permanent and total. I’m single, but was wondering, if I were to marry a non veteran with severe disabilities such as paralysis, would that program housing grant also be awarded for upgrades like an electric stair chair to be able to go up and down steps, or is that only for a 100 P/T veteran and not their spouse? Thank you so very much for your time.
As a Viet Nam Veteran ,I applied for agent orange compensation from the settlement that I wasn't eligible for the funds made avaliable for this exposure. Need help in this matter. 😫
Very confusing. I have a 100 for lung cancer and secondary for brain cancer. I did not receive a p&t. First my oncologist says my cancer is stable but still active and will eventually be terminal. Would this not be enough for P&t? Also just what would I gain with the p&t rating. Thanks
Hi Mr. Blakley, This blog post from our website may be able to help answer your question: cck-law.com/blog/what-is-the-dependents-educational-assistance-dea-program/
Once VA Judge Grant you your Compensation how soon do you get paid i have been waiting since 10/01/2019...it's now May 08 2020..is this the norm..how long is the wait
Great video, I appreciate the work it took to produce an informative and easy to follow presentation. I have a 100% Service Connected Permanent rating and my question is that I plan to fly to Colombia as soon as I clear all the Covid-19 protocols to travel and get married in Colombia. Its much easier for me to go there then for her to fly here and so the question is once I get married will the V.A. recognize her as my dependant and trigger an increase in my monetary benefits even though she won't be living here until USCIS grants her entry which may take 12-14 months? Will she also get health coverage? Thank you.
Will M. You talking about VA doctors and disability? DEATH CAMP DOCTORS who push bags of spike meds on me monthly? Ya I met them and taken their drugs! Disability? It isn’t enough and besides, YOU EVER TRIED TO KEEP A HOUSEHOLD TOGETHER WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU’RE LOSING YOUR MIND!
Thank you. I'm a recent 100 percent P and T. I'm 59 and not eligible for SSDi. Can I get social security retirement at 62 without affecting my VA disability pay?
Thank you for watching! Please feel free to leave us a question or comment below! More information on the topics covered can be found on our website at cck-law.com or at VA.gov.
What is the age limit for the DEA benefit? Also, if you succeed the age limit but were eligible during your time in college, can you get assistance with college loans repayment?
With Space travel what about the veterans who has a 100% P&T but is a convicted felon, how do we go about getting on to the base??

100% totally and permanently disabled.
I am a veteran. I have not been treated by the VA for a TURP procedure. Will your law firm be able to assist me ?
Thanks to all three of you for taking the time to even make something like this. As a veteran, I appreciate ya.
Thank you very much. The VA does not advertise or explain benefits nearly as well or concise as y'all. Thanks for making this free and accessible.
Thank you for the kind words! We are happy to help!
Thank You for this Video passing it on. This is great for Veterans.
Thank you for watching! Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
Probably the best 2020 video any 100% MUST watch
This was very informative. I was just awarded 100% back in April but had no idea about a lot of this. Thank you very much.
Congrats
Thank you for explaining this I just received 100% P&T and I can still work at my NYS job.

Thank you so much for all your work on these videos and all the information you provide, I was able to get 100% rating from a 50%.
Thanks again
Thank you for the time and effort you give to veterans.

Great info on 100% P&T additional benefits thanks ladies
@@Tremonti4ever glad to hear
Nice!
They don’t care

Wow, 100 %disabled can fly free, did I get that right? How does that work? This old Nam vet thanks you'll for keeping us up to date on new things.
Clear and concise video! Great job ladies.
Very informative ladies! Thank you so much.
I thought so as well.
Thanks, I learned a couple of things and I could use the Space-A travel
HI. I have just recently received a 100% P&T rating. Also, I have my 93 year old mother living with me in my home. I'm now wondering if there are any benefits for her that I should be aware of; specifically, home care/hospice. Also, what, if any, benefits continue to my family at my death? Thanks.
Disabled Veteran's are eligible for free National Park Service Lifetime Access Pass.

I was told by a DAV representative that the VA has a new house loan which the VA will pay an additional $75, thousand of the price of the home loan. So if you’re going to buy a home at $325,000 you can actually buy a home for $400,000 do you know if this is true and how does it work
Ever figure this out?
I had brain surgery in 2018, no one considers my job status, which I worked with jp 4& 5 jet fuel. I was suppose to have had s FBI, but the doctors didn't think I was a candidate for unemployability, so I was pushed away from the proper ratings. I'm over 50 percent now. I have a lung condition along with other elements
Thank you for the information. FYI, those dependents of 100 P&T / TDIU veterans who qualify for Tricare are not eligible for CHAMPVA.

Thank You!

I've had 2 pairs made so far so ill fitting i have no teeth as they ripped them all out for the dentures.
I would never have dental work at a VA. Dental insurance is not that expensive and better to get it on outside ( dental work)
@@Grandtrunk I have had the VA Dental Clinic at Chilicothe VA Medical Center do a lot of dental work on me. Lots of cleaning, several bridges, a few extractions, to name a few.
@Jim Burnett Thank you

Thank you for information and God bless America. Good 🌄
Be careful with what the VA considers "reasonably able to provide care"....
It’s not free,no disrespect but you:we earned it.TYFYservice

Very informative. Thanks.

@@davidmorgan7591 Probably bcs he granted an increase on an already connected disability. Others are waiting on an added element. . Was that the case?
Hey man I only had to wait 43 years.copythat
Is there a list???
Great video, I appreciate the work it took to produce an informative and easy to follow presentation. I have a 100% Service Connected Permanent rating and my question is that I plan to fly to Colombia as soon as I clear all the Covid-19 protocols to travel and get married in Colombia. Its much easier for me to go there then for her to fly here and so the question is once I get married will the V.A. recognize her as my dependant and trigger an increase in my monetary benefits even though she won't be living here until USCIS grants her entry which may take 12-14 months? Will she also get health coverage? Thank you.
I may need your help in future . Going in front of judge in a few days on appeal
I’m 100% and hate that I am this way. I wish my Wife had a better life. We’re homeless right now.
I’m just a fellow vet but if you’re at 100% disability does that mean you’re getting full benefits and a monthly check?
Absolutely you can. One doesn't affect the other.
