Thank you for this video ! I just recovered from covid and I’m pregnant. I used to be able to keep up with your 45 minute work outs and this is a great start up again. I got through 8 minutes coughing the whole time but today I’m going to try for a second time. I hope I can get through the full 10!
This 10 minute workout is great for getting me moving in the morning when I don't have much time 🙌 (I also like the other 10 minute ones you've done since this one) Please could you do some more shorter ones like this one in an aerobic/cardio style (preferably standing!!) Thank you 😍

As good as you are, you rarely show modifications. All the plank variations in many of your videos for an extended amount of time are a recipe for impingement.

I try to modify as we go along if it’s something that hurts or difficult just jog or march in place till next move improvising is pretty easy❤
I look through some of the videos before doing them and I google modifications or alternatives to that exercise or I just march in place
