    I m also doing weight loss since 35 days and I lost 16kg with only cardio and diet. I roughly loose weight 1kg in 3-4 day because of my diet. My aim is 85kg in next 56days

    Spending 5 hours in gym..either he is jobless or he earns via gym only.

      If you don't know about him then please stop saying anything about him. He lost 112 kg in a 10/11 months. @junaid Jamadar bhai❤ is very good person and he is so polite ,humble motivating as well. i also chat with him on WhatsApp he is such a great person ❤️

    Bhai please batao....muje bhook bahut lagti h...or jabse weight loss ka sochti hu...tabse or jada lagne lagi h...please help bhai

      Tumhara sleeping routine kaisa h? Kitne hours ki sleep hoti h? Kitne calories ki diet h aur protein intake Kitna h?

      @@user-jg7ic9ft1z neend to fix nhi h...late night Sona early morning uthna....and some times day me 1 to2 hour ..so jati hu ..but calories or protein kaise count kre

      Jyada nhin 1/2 months kiya hoga chicken amd eggs se protein source complete ho jataa hain.

    Please bhaiya ye bataiye ki apne apne aap ko kese har cheej m control kiya please bataiye taki m bhi kar saku mera bhi weight 80 ke lagbhag h aur mujhe bahut havey feel hota h knee pain back pain kese kam karu please
