If you don't know about him then please stop saying anything about him. He lost 112 kg in a 10/11 months. @junaid Jamadar bhai❤ is very good person and he is so polite ,humble motivating as well. i also chat with him on WhatsApp he is such a great person ❤️

Jyada nhin 1/2 months kiya hoga chicken amd eggs se protein source complete ho jataa hain.
Waite loss karne ke liye protein shek nahi khana he .. only boil egg 🥚
