-Out of all the fruits and vegetables, red and yellow bell peppers contain the highest amount of vitamin C. They're also rich in the skin-healthy vitamins B6 and B9 (folate) and carotenoids.
-The list of the healthiest fermented foods includes sauerkraut, pickles, miso, kimchi, raw cheese, and soybean products. All fermented foods contain probiotics. These are friendly bacteria that balance out the bad bacteria in your gut and calm down the inflammation that would otherwise show up on your skin.

I am 50. Moisturizing the skin is the key. After a shower, as a child I used to use Vaseline on my skin. Now I use shea butter.
@Glow Up I no longer use Vaseline. I never had a problem with Vaseline.

Love them stuffed peppers. Especially red and yellow. Nits are great as a snack. Blueberries and raspberries are great in yogurt and oatmeal.
Eating all of those foods,lots of water, and some kind of workout plan that could be a 30 minute walk ,no red meats it works for me .drink less alcohol as possible.
I've been consuming all 17 of these foods for the past 4 hundred years and can vouch for their anti aging properties.

I love to realise that all these foods have become present in my meals this year. I reduced quite a lot dairy and meat tough, after reading a lot about it from both media and specialists. I feel better, I look better and lost 6 kg in last 4 months without even meaning to. Wish all people became more conscious about nutrients and how important real food is for our body
I have greatly cut down on dairy food and have noticed a reduction in breakouts. I'm a vegetarian trying to go vegan only dairy and eggs are already in so many foods. When you're busy it is not easy to always cook from scratch but, I ought to make more effort. What a good straightforward video. XX

Thankfully I have some of these great whole foods in my kitchen and make sure I always do. At age 71, I hardly have a wrinkle and still have smooth glowing skin. This is also partly genetic as my late paternal grandmother also had beautiful unlined skin into her late 80s when she passed away. Stay out of the noon day sun, protect your skin, don't smoke which is about the worst thing one can do and drink plenty of H20 and herbal teas instead of toxic sugar and chemical laden sodas! Thanks for sharing, love whole plant foods, fresh organic vegetables and fruits and fatty fish since I Iive near the sea in beautiful New England! The produce dept., my home away from home since I boycott the center aisles unless I need cat food, a water filter, household items.
