  • How to understand which foods you like perhaps too much just by looking at your face? Before you eat another cookie or drink another glass of wine, think about how it will reflect on your looks.
    "You are what you eat," - they say. You have probably heard this expression many times. But do you take it into consideration when you choose what to cook for lunch or what to drink with your dinner?
    Before you eat another cookie or drink another glass of wine, think about how it will reflect on your looks. Because it will.

    SUMMARY
    - Apart from large amounts of sugar, wine sometimes contains pesticides and sulfides, causing alcohol to dehydrate you. Your body loses water, your liver is overloaded, and your digestion may fail the next day, so your skin will look wrinkly, red, and hanging. In the long run, alcohol abuse may disrupt the work of bowel bacteria and cause various diseases.
    - This problem can appear even if you don't consume milk glass after glass every day. Milk added to your coffee or another bowl of ice cream may seriously affect your facial skin color, even if you aren't lactose intolerant. We lose a lot of lactose-metabolizing enzymes with age, and it provokes inflammations all over the body, including the face. The scheme is the following: cow milk contains a hormone with the name IGF-1.
    - Sugar affects not only your weight but your skin as well. It accelerates glycation, the process in which excess glucose molecules link with collagen, damaging it and making it rigid. This makes your skin age faster, causes wrinkles to appear, and disrupts pigmentation.
    - Gluten has the unfortunate ability to make your intestines so to say "leaky". It means that they start to let undigested particles of food enter your bloodstream. As soon as it happens, the body gets alarmed and an immune response is provoked into action. It causes an inflammation of such skin conditions as acne. Check if you have gluten intolerability by excluding the products containing it for 2-3 weeks and watching your skin.
    - Cinnamon has similar qualities. Its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties help to reduce acne and the scars left after it. Apple cider vinegar unclogs skin pores. Also, it successfully dissolves the cells of the dead skin. It restores the normal pH of the skin and makes the appearance of pores minimal.
    How do you deal with the problems appearing on your face? Do you use any of the masks we have told you about?

      Milk is good for health whatever is your age. If you can't digest milk add pinch of black pepper in it. U can add turmic too with it. It will make ur skin glowing and give u lots of health benefits. But take milk only at night after dinner. Make 2 hours gap after dinner.

    I know that these tips don't apply to everyone, but they definitely did apply to me. After years of burning my face with acne face wash or killing my insides with antibiotics all to have a clear face, I realized I can have completely clear skin just by cutting out milk and limiting my sugar to 19 grams or less a day. No one ever mentioned this to me. I had to figure it out in my mid 20's by watching videos like this on the internet. The Rx market loves to make you think that some pill or cream is the cure, but it's poison.

      I have tried to tell this to so many people. Milk from cows is for calves. Excess sugar is responsible for so many ailments & skin problems. Look at what excess alcohol has done to so many people. People remark at my skin looking so healthy & clear. I have never liked dairy products, cut way back on sugar a long time ago & stopped drinking alcohol at all. I don't eat bread or bread products, so, not much gluten. I wish more people understood this. *sigh*

    I can attest to this being true! I did the Daniel fast for 15 days and my face became noticeably more attractive! My eyes got brighter and my skin smoother. However just about 3 days of going back to the way I ate before undid the progress. I eat clean now and it's noticeable! You are what you eat! It's true! I wasn't unattractive before, I didn't have puffy eyes, bags or any of that stuff mentioned in this video but giving up red meat, wine sugar and dairy literally transformed my face to being much more attractive.

As I'm a recovering alcoholic and drank daily for 15 years and it has damaged the youthful and clear appearance I once had and I'm only 34 now and it is incredibly hard to repair it now!! At 6 months clean and sober from everything now I'm trying my very best to clear the damage..esepcially the clogged pores and deep scars and wrinkles but it seems near impossible!! Hopefully over time tho eh!!!

    I am really glad they emphasize IF in here. The wine face doesn't apply to me because I usually only have one glass at holiday meals. However, the rest of these: 3) milk face. I'm 60 years old and have always consumed a lot of milk. I have not developed the lactose intolerance that many folks have, thank goodness because I love milk. I don't have any of the problems listed. My skin is not wrinkled badly. In fact I have fewer wrinkles than most women in their 40's and says less than women their late 40's. I attribute this to heredity. My Mother and Father both had smooth unlined skin into their 70's. Also no dark circles or bags under the eyes.
    2) Sugar face: since high school I have drank at least one Coke or Pepsi per day. No problems here either.
    1) Gluten face: I don't eat a lot of bread, pasta, pastries, etc. Not trying, I just don't care for them that much. And, as with the above, no problems there either. This is all due to heredity. I have friends my age whose faces and bodies are horribly wrinkled as were their parents. It's all in the DNA but at least with the masks they've provided here, there is help. Also, they didn't mention it but honey is a natural anti bacterial and that's why it is great to fight acne. However, if using just honey, get a purified product called MediHoney. It is miraculous.

    I think i can vouch on Milk Face and Sugar Face... i had all these symptoms especially when it is my menstrual time. Then last 2 months during ramadhan, i fasted for 1 month and during that time my skin becomes so good and behave. New pimples and acnes were nowhere to be seen and the old scar started to fade. 4-5 days after Eid, they appears again. So when i think about it, i only drink plain water during that fasting months and i only took healthy foods. After Eid, i started to consume coffee again, desserts, foods that contains dairy products. Need to change my diet.

    I drank a lot of milk, growing up-- two or three glasses a day, plus what I would have in cereal and other foods. But I never had acne and there was nothing unusual about my complexion, my cheeks weren't sunken, my eyelids weren't swollen (unless I just didn't have enough sleep), and I didn't have dark circles, either. It did affect my development, though, I'm sure. I matured biologically, before many of the kids I went to school with, so that could be because of the hormones, maybe?

    Excellent advice, however I posed the question to a pathology professor about the time it takes for the liver recover he said 8 weeks, but 4 is a good effort if 8 seems too long.
    By the time you're in your 90s you will have a combination of all of these faces in one.

    This channel is based on Asian myths about food! A general advise video on food is a dangerous thing. Asian people have a natural intolerance for milk. Or a low intolerance for milk. Our diets are not only dependant on what's available in our region or countries there is also an inherited element of tolerance and diet. The Canadian Food guide recommends certain about of dairy in the diet of Canadians but the guide is hazardous to some Asian Cultures as the tolerance for milk is low. Visa Versa I know that I live in a multicultural family and my tolerance for large amounts of milk differ from that of my husband and children. My tolerance for high for food high in starch such as rice and pasta is low as well. Pasta and rice plays havoc with my blood sugar. This isn't a personally thing because my culture and the foods i ate as a child were different than my present family. Acne is a condition of the skin that is complex and still being studied. So off the cuff advise is something I don't appriciate because it cases more harm than good. I don't know who is behind these video but if you have medical training you should know better!

      I agree with you. I doubt they have any medical training. I watched one from them last night talking about old medical treatments that are hazardous and no longer used. They were wrong about 4 out of the 10 treatments. I wouldn’t have corrected them but I’m a RN and felt like I couldn’t just sit there and not say anything. I’m glad you did the same and you gave a very clear explanation.

      It just creates cofusion. Its the fear of things that creates undesirable effects. Fear creates stress and stress kills....way more than gluten, wine, milk, or sugar. Ppl listen to anything and create false narrative with a bunch of pseudo science and it must be true. This is our modus operendi.

    • @heatherbryant4197
      @heatherbryant4197 6 лет назад +6

      True. I remember the first time I took a Physical Anthropology class, there was a graph in the textbook that showed lactose tolerance rates of populations worldwide, and I marveled at how different they were and thought about the role of both genetic darwinism and variances in ethnic cuisine & domestication of cows, sheep, and goats. Some Asian countries have only a 1% tolerance rate for lactose. Compare that to the country my ancestors came from...98% lactose tolerance. I've never had any problems with milk. In fact, I get depressed if I cut dairy out of my diet. I also have a genetic predisposition to high BMR and/or insulin production, so I burn glucose very rapidly and tend to get hypoglycemic if I don't eat lots of carbs. There is a serious genetic component to the way our bodies process food that often gets overlooked. Nutritional advice cannot be one-size-fits-all.

    • @angelajohannen4528
      @angelajohannen4528 6 лет назад +3

      not true. 85% of the world population don‘t tolerate milk, that‘s a scientific fact I learned at university. It‘s a genetic mutation if you can tolerate it, most common in North America and Northern Europe. Even though I come from a German caucasian family, I am one of the 85%. If you want more scientific info on this you can read one of JJ Virgins books on the topic. Or read independant studies that were not funded by the dairy industry...

    MISTAKE: Oats do not contain gluten. If they do if is a result of cross-contaminatio (being processed on a conveyer belt that also process gluten containing products like flour). If you are gluten-intolerant you'll need to read the label to ensure it says gluten free, because the cross contamination is such a common issues because of factory procedures. But Oats don't contain gluten, if they have gluten on them it is because they have come in contact with something else that contains gluten.

    I eat way to much sugar, 2 liters of coke a day since I was 13, I'm 32 now. My skin is free of wrinkles and acne, it's dry but it look pretty good.
    Unwanted hairs that I have, in the face. Not a fan of that.
    The ONLY way to stop eating sugar is to make everything from scratch, wish it was easier. Wish I could buy food that wasn't full of sugar :(

      Anna-Karin are you Swedish? Just curious. My brother in law drinks liters of coke everyday now and he got eczema from it, he never drinks water. My husband used to drink probably as much coke as you do, before he came to Sweden and he learned how bad it was. He is very wrinkly for his age, but that could also be from not ever using any SPF in all those years he spent in Chile.

      look into EFT tapping, it's free and simple. Dr. Mercola talked about helping a woman with a severe addiction to coca cola by using EFT. You can find many videos here on youtube, Brad Yates is a good guy to follow along with (doesn't rush through, gives enough time to repeat stuff). It works on the subconscious mind, where habits, beliefs and things are stored.

      Cat Girl that is a sign of being lactose intolerant. It means you lack the enzyme to digest milk. If you insist on eating dairy, try lactaid, an enzyme you can take before eating dairy to assist your digestion. Can be found at grocery. While this is a researched answer, I am not a dr. Feel free to do the research yourself, or just try the lactaid and see the difference.
