- Bears, snow, trucks, fog and an epic mountain pass:
Join me as I traverse one of the most isolated places on earth and cycle the Dalton Highway 'Haul Road' across Arctic tundra from Deadhorse in the north to Coldfoot-the next place to offer a hot meal and a place to rest.
The first stage of a journey cycling from Alaska to Argentina, sharing an intimate look at life on a long-distance bicycle trip, including all the ups and downs (literally).
Love it! Thank you for letting us share in your adventures, 😊
Incred, Tim! You're Bear Grylls on 2 wheels!!
Looking forward to the next episode!
Stoked to see this in long form. Great work man! I'm thinking about your journey regularly and always enjoying the updates. Keep on peddlin'
Hi Tim! Watched this with the kids today and we're amazed by your big adventure! Keep going, watch out for grizzles! & You also need to watch out for beavers who might nom your tent down while you're sleeping (from our 6 year old). Looking forward to part 2
Yeah man, this is going to be great, thank you!

Looking forward to future vids of this series. I've seen someone document their journey on instagram in the last few months and always look forward to seeing others do so as well.
Excellent video… u set the bar high for the rest of the trip haha
This is truly amazing Tim, looks like incredible fun but please don't die out there.
I've got family in British Columbia and also in real Colombia, so if you're passing through and need anything let me know!
Congrats on the ride. I'm in Fairbanks and wish you the best on your journey.
Go Tim! I'm thinking there's the making of a Big Bike Film Night flick in here...
So good! We're starting the GDMBR mid July and planning on taking ages, well the max of the ESTA/waiver thing which is 3 months. See you out there? Subscribing now.
@@julietfitzpatrick6420 hopefully I'll be in Vancouver around the end of July, and I'll try out the GDMBR after that! But if we cross paths, I'm always keen to go for a bike ride and share a meal!
