You know what, initially the whole episodic content thing bugged me but then I remembered how the last game seemed a bit too long and that I was just rushing to beat levels by the end of the game. This new direction will allow me to truly appreciate every level they sell me.
I love how Brad keeps saying "these challenges make the game too easy, the changes they made means this game is a cake-walk" while failing to do a simple playthrough lmao
they've had idea to drop a chandelier on him and then 30 secs after completely forgot about it and didnt know what to do even though he have pass below them like 10 times after that.
I like the look of this, but I'll probably just wait until next year and get the disc PS4 version. Not a fan of early access/episodic gaming. I like all my stuff up front.
+Conor Murphy I agree. They should of had completely separate training missions for the beta from the game. But will the game have a good amount of content?
man im so pissed I own a ps4 & X1 and the only game I like atm is rainbow siege and even that gets old after a while, I thought they'd have way more content coming out tomorrow.. Its been a minute since the last hitman game came out. Im not paying 10/15 bucks for 2 missions I played in the Beta for free & then a mission I already watched months ago. Come on
few more hours to go:) I will play trough episodes no matter what but when the game is fully out i will replay it again so not big deal about that either:)
The gameplay looks great but the idea of splitting it into episodes makes me want to wait for the final collection in 2017, and by then, I get the feeling I would have well forgotten about the game. Still feel like this episodic scheme has really just alienated a huge section of the games fans. Also, all I can hear with that cameraman is Alex Navarro.
brad really sucks at this game but then again I bet its pretty challenging. I remember Blood Money was VERY hard back in the day and from what I remember from that game, this really reminds me of that game in terms of the freedom of choice in how to approach the mission objectives. Didnt finish that one cause I think I got stuck on a very late mission or at the near end. Anyways, I had to buy this game after watching this video. The framerate in the beta put me off real bad but it seems ok here and that crowd seems enormous.
Episodic means automatically not interested. I'll reconsider when it's all done, but there isn't a chance in hell of me returning to a Hitman game month after month. You get a mood for a game, play it, then the mood goes away. Even if I enjoyed the hell out of this tomorrow, I wouldn't feel that way next month.
Based on the button prompts I assume you are playing it on PS4? How's the framerate? Because I stopped playing the beta when the framerate tanked below 20 and the game was basically unplayable...
I find it interesting how these two like this game (Which I probably will as well) and disliked Absolution. This game is everything absolution is, the same hints, the same option to turn them off and get extra points for doing so, even elements of these removed adds to that etc. The same mission making system. Everything is like that just more. Whatever :p
+Markus “Makoo” Wallin No way, Absolution had missions like "Walk through a subway without people seeing you" with no assassinations, and times it funneled you through places for story purposes. This is classic Hitman sandbox madness. I also kind-of liked absolution though.
I wish that they would stop making these games about assssinating "terrorists" and other assorted bad guys. I don't want my Hitman to be a "good" guy. Just embrace your shady subject matter.
Dan: "You are a hitman Brad... not a subdue man"
If they do a Quick Look of every episode, does it count as a Hitman Endurance Run?
"I'M HELMUT FUCKING KRUEGER!"
HELMUT FUCKING KRUGER!
You know what, initially the whole episodic content thing bugged me but then I remembered how the last game seemed a bit too long and that I was just rushing to beat levels by the end of the game. This new direction will allow me to truly appreciate every level they sell me.
Many Brads were pulled.
Jesus Christ the loading on consoles. I feel like I'm back in the 90s, trying to load Duke Nukem. That was almost two minutes of loading.
Brad: "There could be something here"
Years later: Game is a Giant Bomb Hall of Famer lol
LOL "I'M HELMUT FUCKING KRUGER!"
"It said Press Circle to Drag!"
You guys *can't* make me laugh that hard, I've got strep-throat!
I love how Dan explains art and artists :D
Brad and Dan need to do a Hitman series together. They're a great team!
+Leinad44 I would watch that. Do Hitman 1 all the way up to absolution. I would actually really like that.
+Leinad44 Brad said they are willing to do Quicklooks of each Hitman 2016 ep as they come out.
"Well, it said circle for drag."
And people call Dan stupid. Has anyone at GB ever said anything wittier?
This Bad dude is still Brad at video games.
Haha, Dan and Brad hi-jinks. Love it
I love how Brad keeps saying "these challenges make the game too easy, the changes they made means this game is a cake-walk" while failing to do a simple playthrough lmao
I haven't seen one of these "Brad is bad at video games" Quick Look's in a long while
I think I'm in on this one, looking forward to it once all the content is finally released.
+Liam Douglass sounds good, im not planning on dying in the next year
I would rather spend $15 to watch Dan play this game.
Game looks fucking hitman
"Hope this guard does like sushi a lot!" I totally was gone by that!

Holy shit Dan XD
Well, that was an entertaining ql.
production value
Weird that the game doesn't take into account that Dalia is dead, thats a big error for a game like hitman.

wish the camera was closer like hitman :absolution
this is such a good quick look. damn
Best ending!
Great video, guys :)
Dans so into Stardew Valley it spills into Hitman XD.
Splitting the game up into pieces makes me not want to buy it at all.
+The Stowaway agreed. As someone who played the beta if I buy into the intro pack I will only get to play one new mission, bummer.
+Conor Murphy I agree. They should of had completely separate training missions for the beta from the game. But will the game have a good amount of content?
+The Stowaway give like a year they will eventually put all the ..."episodes" in one disk
man im so pissed I own a ps4 & X1 and the only game I like atm is rainbow siege and even that gets old after a while, I thought they'd have way more content coming out tomorrow.. +The Stowaway Agreed, heck even when the game get's it's retail release, I'm only gonna Retail the title.
few more hours to go:) I will play trough episodes no matter what but when the game is fully out i will replay it again so not big deal about that either:)
i didn't know if i was going to like this game, so i got the starter pack, and it's rad, so i'll buy the whole game. nice job, se.
it was going so well..
1. Blood Money (possibly this game, it's off to a good start)
2. Silent Assassin
3. Contracts
4. Absolution
5. Codename 47
The coin part made me chuckle.
I kinda want to play this. I've played the first one and Absolution as well.
+DrBannerPhd Dan You should play 2 and Blood Money. They're great games. Both far better than 1 and Absolution.
+Liam Douglass the worst in your opinion.
I enjoyed those two.
+DrBannerPhd Dan He's right though, the other games are much better.
Braaaaaaaaaad
A GB video with no dislikes so far!? Have we finally done it!?
+ProfessorIrony Exactly what i was thinking. Let's hope it stays that way.
+Google Last Name It's good that you let him know one of the dislikes is just a troll, now it won't bother anyone.
You should have thrown the coin at the model and said "Shake it Baby!"
#blessed
Looks really solid, can't wait to play it (next year).

Is each new "pack" going to be one new map/level then? That seems very sparse and way too expensive.
"Quick" look they said it wouldn't take long they said.

I think I'd rather watch someone else play this game cause god damn, I suck at it.

fuck the episodic release structure soooo hard.
They get the game for free and have already played it while I payed $59.99 and it's still locked for a while longer... YAY!
Watching Brad play this game is so fucking painful. AWFUL
Im w8ing til 2017 it doesn't bug me
a quick look is totally over an hour long.

While I agree, it makes 47 look like a boogeyman for boogeymen. Kinda like John Wick.
If games are going to do this episodic crap, they really need to stop charging 60 dollars like they used to for a FULL game.
+Nie tr™ $60 is the price for all the episodes, paid once. Kinda like a season pass. Otherwise you can buy each episode separately when it releases.
You guys talk over the game too much.
