OMG! guys my ex just contacted me exactly one month today. We had a nasty break up on October 23rd, he literally walked away after a fight we had. I thought he was never coming back and we were done for good. Guys No contact WORKS, I haven't thought about why he contacted me or any possibility of reconciling but I'm just shocked at the fact that No contact works. I have enough experience to know without a doubt, that when someone loves you, they don’t ghost you and disappear. That has never happened in my serious relationships with men who are self aware and don’t play immature games. I am better than that. Once someone shows you who he really is, believe him.

It’s been 8 months since my breakup. I’m in a new relationship and feel happy, and just yesterday my ex showed up at my door. Funny thing how they come back when you don’t want them anymore. When they go off to see if the grass is greener, they risk someone moving in to help you water your own grass. I think most people who move on from their ex will soon realize that they deserve better and will get better as long as they let go.
No contact works! I did it for me, not to get her back. Met a better girl that doesn't need to be chased, is stable, appreciates me, and gives back. Do it for you, not to get them back. As soon as the ex found out I was seeing someone, amazingly, she contacted me. I never responded, just as she did to me.
If they don't value and appreciate you when you are with them, give them the opportunity to value and appreciate you without you. When someone pushes you away or wants to breakup, they are showing they are showing how easy it is for them to walk away. And they will do it again when times get tough. Run like hell and be glad they're showing you their abilities and maturity for a relationship.
My ex really treated me horrible when we were together and I did absolutely everything to be there for them and make them happy. They called me very bad names when he broke up with me and told me I was gonna go back begging him. I just want to completely move on from them whether they realize my worth or not.
I hate the fact that when you tell your feelings passionately in your truest form they can't take it and decides to take the easiest way out by breaking up.

Coach Lee’s videos have been phenominal during my last 2.5 months of No Contact. Sadly, I now believe that No Contact didn’t work on my end, but what did work was the time to self improve. Today was the 70th straight day of going to the gym.. I feel amazing and have more self confidence now. Also, Saturday I was offered a new job in the oil/gas industry that will require a relocation and a HUGE raise. I’m looking forward to moving and getting a fresh start because honestly, this is what I’ve needed for years. In hindsight, I can see where attraction was lost on her end.. BUT, that’s ok now. I’m closing that door and stepping through the new one that just opened! And for all those watching Coach Lee’s videos, here’s my tip for you when you know you’re finally moving on… when you quit going to RUclips or his website daily or hourly and you move to “just occasionally”… that’s when there’s light at the end of that tunnel!! I knowI know this message might not be what you want to hear but I was with my ex fiance a total of 7 years together before she walked out of my life back in November 21st 2019. I immediately did no contact and haven't heard from her since that day and today is December 26th 2022. It will be 2023 in a few more days. It's been over 3 years now. Although I am 99.9% over her I still think about her at least once a day because she was perfect for me. I loved her in every single way shape possible. I was broken up with about 4 months ago after a 2.5 year relationship, went into NC about 2 months ago and tbh, I don’t even care anymore. I found a new girl who I’m starting to get to know who seems way better, even if this doesn’t go the way I want it to, I’ve realized I can move on and will move on. She rebounded, blocked me on everything and hasn’t talked to me since. Our breakup wasn’t rage filled either, I was upset, but it was no hard feelings - I didn’t chase, I didn’t name call, or burn bridges, I didn’t do anything that would have gotten me blocked due to spite. That made me realize she couldn’t care less about me, so why should I care about someone who is like that. 🤷🏻♂️ Even if she did come back, I don’t want her back now. Especially due to the fact that she was in a new relationship within 2 months - 2 and a half months after our breakup. I’m not trying to sound gross, but knowing she was having sex with a new guy after 2 months of having gotten out of a 2 and a half year relationship made her VERY undesirable to me.

Almost the same thing happened to me. Been together for 1 year and 4 months and after the breakup i went into the no-contact after 3 weeks! 7 months later i found out that she was actually cheating on me for 4 months while been in the relationship with me! It hit me hard. Lucky i started to heal slowly. So i block here every where and i don't want her back or see her ever again in my life. This is one of my absolute favorite Coach Lee videos. My breakup was so strange and abrupt. He ghosted and blocked me. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary anger and I didn’t understand why… I always had an inkling that he was punishing me with the breakup for not responding to his liking to give himself more power and control in the relationship. I may never know for sure unless he reaches out… Binge watching CL videos has gotten me through 31 days of NC so far. For real, I used to watch your videos back to back to back, the same ones over and over just because you were so comforting in her absence as well as insightful. You helped heal my pain. I’m still healing. It’ll be a year since she left me on my birthday, coming up on the 15th of November. I’ve found someone else now, who I’m very into, who I’ve developed feelings for, things are moving ever so slowly as she’s healing too, but I found the one I want, the one who I think can help ease that pain.

Never at anytime during our relationship did inform me that she wasn't happy so that I may have had an opportunity to fix whatever she felt that she was missing. I know that overall, I can walk away knowing that I loved her and was always there for her. I treated her so very well. I had to come to my own conclusion. I remain in total radio silence, no contact. She knows nothing about me anymore and will never hear from me again!!

I went OCD on coach Lee's videos for support and hope. Do what you need to do to work through whatever pain you may feel. I didn't jump into any new relationships during this time as I really was damaged goods. I'm in a much better place now. The storm is finally clearing. Dec 5th will be 1 yr since she walked away, blindsided. If I hear from her I do, and if not, it doesn't matter anymore. My situation seems like it’s flowing both ways. We didn’t fight when we broke up, and I went and worked on myself, because I was hit with the infamous’ “I want to take a break to figure things out” line. Some stuff happening in between, but a month later she got with somebody else and she called me to tell me about it. “I’m with somebody else, he makes me super super happy. He’s everything I could’ve asked for.” I just said only one word. I said, “ok” and she sounded like she was caught off guard. Almost as if she wasn’t expecting it. All I did was say, “bye” and hung up the phone.

My Ex told me the same $#!+... then she contacted me 4 months later saying she's not what she thought he was. She ending 8 years for this guy. It's been 8 months after the break up and she sends pics and messages to me all the time. I just ignore her and keep focused on myself.

When this whole thing started for me I reacted in every way you say not to react; begging, pleading, etc. I snapped out of it after about a month and we went into no contact. Hi Coach Lee, I'm now 2 months on from my ex breaking up with me, we are soulmates and she has been in a previous abusive relationship/marriage, the ex husband caused her to believe she wasn't good enough for me, she became cold, and now we are in no contact. Someone I know mentioned they saw her on a dating site already, she told me she loves me and isn't looking for anyone else. What's the chances of this being fixed in the future.

88 days of no contact, my experience i still think about her, my subconscious mind still dreams of her and yes i still think of what could've been if the road stayed how it was. Somedays are better than others. She said the workplace is boring without me and wants me to come work with her for a day or two. She said please multiple times and asked multiple times for me to come back. I kept it cool and said I would think about it. She made a sad playlist with our favourite songs on it. I feel like she does miss me a lot but there’s still work to be done. Great video, I was in a beautiful marriage before my now ex wife left me, i still love her and most times I cant stop thinking about her, i am doing my very best to get rid of the thought of her, but i just cant, i love her so much, i don't know why i am bring this here for, i cant stop thinking about her.

167 days no contact, feel way better but do think about them from time to time, the relationship was shorter than the no contact, I sometimes feel the temptation to reach out but usually let the wave pass because I know I'm probably better off without them. She sometimes views my tiktok profile so hasn't forgotten me so you never know but I just hope the right person comes along.
I bought the kit and I am very pleased .. my situation is complicated because I was very insecure throughout the six year relationship. She’d never gone away from him that long before. It was a little reality slap. Yet, she wasn’t in the wrong - he left her.

Some say that if the relationship was shorter then the no contact rule works because they’ll miss you and there’s mystery, etc. but if you’ve been married for 25 years it’s a lot different. They separate and then realize how nice it is to have peace, and to no longer have to deal with all the baggage
Ignoring and blocking and Ghosting is very bad Idea, it is causing emotional Trauma and damage to the other person. Before doing this to anyone, will you accept if someone will do that to you? Instead be kind be understanding and use communication to solve your problems not by ignoring and hurting.
Wow! She left me two weeks ago and we talked up until three days ago. I told her I’m gonna accommodate her space so basically no contact for three days and while I was watching this video I shit you not she message me on messenger I’m not gonna open it up. It was 7 years ago. He left on a whim and I told him to “never contact me again”. He did- a year later but with ZERO APOLOGY ( narcissist red flag 🚩), and I ghosted him. He had given me some player vibes already, so I had to do it anyway. But…If he had apologized soon after he left, I may have taken him back. But a year? Nah. I love coach Lee. My girlfriend recently dumped me. It was a good relationship as in no real bad arguments etc but we had issues. Coach Lee, you often talk about NC working after 1/2/3 months, but have you seen dumpers come back to reconcile after 10 months, a year +? Or does that show we are the back up plan and they come back because the grass wasn't greener?
That's a good question. Yeah, I've noticed that Lee usually speaks of NC within the first few months. For me, I've been in NC for a year and a month now. My ex never reaches out nor say a single word toward me the entire time. Not even once. I don't really need her (although I do think about her from time to time).

It's been 2 years since my sudden and horrible breakup. In the beginning, I made every mistake But then I discovered this channel and followed the guidelines and gave her the breakup. It has been hard at times but over time, the pink glasses came off and I started to realize I can live without her. I stayed away, no contact accept updates about the dogs and cat she took away. And now, the nice messages full of compliments start to come in from her. Yes, it's a thing of beauty to see indeed. I am shocked. After a brutal discard from my ex over a month ago with no closure she sent me a message on messenger saying - "I’m sorry it ended this way. I love you deeply and will always. You were my best friend for 14 years. I owe you everything. And when I can finally repay you. I will. Please be happy and try to find someone who isn’t me. Someone normal. I’m sorry. I hope your ok. " Now , me and my ex may not be meant for eachother, but , this is proof , time and no contact works !!! She basically gave me closure and told me she'll always love me deeply. I left an impression on her the way I conducted myself after the breakup. The fact she reached out and said that actually meant a lot.
Success story. My ex dumped me after a major disagreement after 6 months of dating. I followed coach Lee’s advice to a T: Didn’t beg and plead at the breakup. Went in to no contact immediately. Didn’t moan and complain to mutual friends. When she reached out a week later I was calm and polite. After the breakup I setup a call with coach Ken. We put together a solid action plan to smooth things over. She admitted she had been crying all week. My ex and I talked last night and made a date to chat again over the phone (long distance) tomorrow. All I can say is the advice worked.
About 10 years ago I was dumped by a girl and she went no contact. I got angry and reacted. I said some really horrible things that put the nail in the coffin and thought to myself, I'm never going to hear from that girl again. Well to my surprise she made contact a year later!!.

I’ve been doing no contact for almost a month but my ex continuously messages me and everytime I cut the conversation really short since we lived together I had somethings that were his and vice versa or concerts we were supposed to go to and then apologizing for being terrible to me through the relationship and process of the break up. he told me he wants me back in February or somewhere around there because his mental health isn’t great right now and wants to see if he’s still in his routine of the gym and trying to find value in life again but knows all he wants is something what him and I had again,I told him he can try but it’s not guaranteed because my feelings and opinions are changing everyday, I also believe his family is influencing him to not be with me because of my child… We were together for a year and I’m not sure what to do in this situation
OMG! guys my ex just contacted me exactly one month today. We had a nasty break up on October 23rd, he literally walked away after a fight we had. It’s been 8 months since my breakup. I’m in a new relationship and feel happy, and just yesterday my ex showed up at my door. Funny thing how they come back when you don’t want them anymore. When they go off to see if the grass is greener, they risk someone moving in to help you water your own grass. I think most people who move on from their ex will soon realize that they deserve better and will get better as long as they let go.

"No contact" is teaching us the willingness of letting it go, to have a strong personality, and most important thing is don't look back.
No contact works! I did it for me, not to get her back. Met a better girl that doesn't need to be chased, is stable, appreciates me, and gives back. Do it for you, not to get them back. As soon as the ex found out I was seeing someone, amazingly, she contacted me. I never responded, just as she did to me.

My ex really treated me horrible when we were together and I did absolutely everything to be there for them and make them happy. Coach Lee’s videos have been phenominal during my last 2.5 months of No Contact. Sadly, I now believe that No Contact didn’t work on my end, but what did work was the time to self improve. Today was the 70th straight day of going to the gym.. I feel amazing and have more self confidence now. Also, Saturday I was offered a new job in the oil/gas industry that will require a relocation and a HUGE raise. I’m looking forward to moving and getting a fresh start because honestly, this is what I’ve needed for years. In hindsight, I can see where attraction was lost on her end.. BUT, that’s ok now. I’m closing that door and stepping through the new one that just opened! And for all those watching Coach Lee’s videos, here’s my tip for you when you know you’re finally moving on… when you quit going to RUclips or his website daily or hourly and you move to “just occasionally”… that’s when there’s light at the end of that tunnel!! I knowI know this message might not be what you want to hear but I was with my ex fiance a total of 7 years together before she walked out of my life back in November 21st 2019. I immediately did no contact and haven't heard from her since that day and today is December 26th 2022.
It will be 2023 in a few more days. It's been over 3 years now. Although I am 99.9% over her I still think about her at least once a day because she was perfect for me. I was broken up with about 4 months ago after a 2.5 year relationship, went into NC about 2 months ago and tbh, I don’t even care anymore. I found a new girl who I’m starting to get to know who seems way better, even if this doesn’t go the way I want it to, I’ve realized I can move on and will move on.
She rebounded, blocked me on everything and hasn’t talked to me since. Our breakup wasn’t rage filled either, I was upset, but it was no hard feelings - I didn’t chase, I didn’t name call, or burn bridges, I didn’t do anything that would have gotten me blocked due to spite. That made me realize she couldn’t care less about me, so why should I care about someone who is like that. 🤷🏻♂️
Even if she did come back, I don’t want her back now. Especially due to the fact that she was in a new relationship within 2 months - 2 and a half months after our breakup. I’m not trying to sound gross, but knowing she was having sex with a new guy after 2 months of having gotten out of a 2 and a half year relationship made her VERY undesirable to me.

Almost the same thing happened to me. Been together for 1 year and 4 months and after the breakup i went into the no-contact after 3 weeks! 7 months later i found out that she was actually cheating on me for 4 months while been in the relationship with me! This is one of my absolute favorite Coach Lee videos. My breakup was so strange and abrupt. He ghosted and blocked me. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary anger and I didn’t understand why… I always had an inkling that he was punishing me with the breakup for not responding to his liking to give himself more power and control in the relationship. For real, I used to watch your videos back to back to back, the same ones over and over just because you were so comforting in her absence as well as insightful. You helped heal my pain. I’m still healing. It’ll be a year since she left me on my birthday, coming up on the 15th of November. My situation seems like it’s flowing both ways. We didn’t fight when we broke up, and I went and worked on myself, because I was hit with the infamous’ “I want to take a break to figure things out” line. Some stuff happening in between, but a month later she got with somebody else and she called me to tell me about it. “I’m with somebody else, he makes me super super happy. He’s everything I could’ve asked for.” I just said only one word. I said, “ok” and she sounded like she was caught off guard. Almost as if she wasn’t expecting it. All I did was say, “bye” and hung up the phone.

My Ex told me the same $#!+... then she contacted me 4 months later saying she's not what she thought he was. She ending 8 years for this guy. Hi Coach Lee, I'm now 2 months on from my ex breaking up with me, we are soulmates and she has been in a previous abusive relationship/marriage, the ex husband caused her to believe she wasn't good enough for me, she became cold, and now we are in no contact.
Someone I know mentioned they saw her on a dating site already, she told me she loves me and isn't looking for anyone else.
What's the chances of this being fixed in the future.

Thank you so much coach lee. My ex reached out after about 3 weeks of no contact to catch up about work. She said the workplace is boring without me and wants me to come work with her for a day or two. She said please multiple times and asked multiple times for me to come back. I kept it cool and said I would think about it. She made a sad playlist with our favourite songs on it. I feel like she does miss me a lot but there’s still work to be done. Coach Lee, I was the one doing the break up after he broke up with me 6 times in 18 months for no reason at all! I feel I finally gave him the break up he so wanted. Now seeing your videos I am more convinced that he used the break up to make me chase him. I know he is feeling the loss in every fiber of his body. 167 days no contact, feel way better but do think about them from time to time, the relationship was shorter than the no contact, I sometimes feel the temptation to reach out but usually let the wave pass because I know I'm probably better off without them. She sometimes views my tiktok profile so hasn't forgotten me so you never know but I just hope the right person comes along.

Some say that if the relationship was shorter then the no contact rule works because they’ll miss you and there’s mystery, etc. but if you’ve been married for 25 years it’s a lot different. They separate and then realize how nice it is to have peace, and to no longer have to deal with all the baggage

That's a good question. Yeah, I've noticed that Lee usually speaks of NC within the first few months. For me, I've been in NC for a year and a month now. My ex never reaches out nor say a single word toward me the entire time. Not even once. I don't really need her (although I do think about her from time to time).

I am shocked. After a brutal discard from my ex over a month ago with no closure she sent me a message on messenger saying - "I’m sorry it ended this way. I love you deeply and will always. You were my best friend for 14 years. I owe you everything. And when I can finally repay you. I will. Please be happy and try to find someone who isn’t me. Someone normal. I’m sorry. I hope your ok. " Now , me and my ex may not be meant for eachother, but , this is proof , time and no contact works !!! She basically gave me closure and told me she'll always love me deeply. Hey coach lee! I’ve been doing no contact for almost a month but my ex continuously messages me and everytime I cut the conversation really short since we lived together I had somethings that were his and vice versa or concerts we were supposed to go to and then apologizing for being terrible to me through the relationship and process of the break up. he told me he wants me back in February or somewhere around there because his mental health isn’t great right now and wants to see if he’s still in his routine of the gym and trying to find value in life again but knows all he wants is something what him and I had again,I told him he can try but it’s not guaranteed because my feelings and opinions are changing everyday, I also believe his family is influencing him to not be with me because of my child… We were together for a year and I’m not sure what to do in this situation
