This man speaks facts. For the 3rd time my ex has just reached out, telling me she loves me and letting me go was the biggest mistake. What did I do after she ended us? I worked on myself, went to the gym, closed my social media, hung out with friends, family, and stopped worrying about my ex, what she was doing, just got on with my life. She started sending little messges, like hey, hows it going. I got back with short polite responses, and this clearly frustrated her, that i wasn't begging, that i came across as stong and okay. Took things super slow, and are still together as I write this. It's not perfect, it's not always easy, but we've had a pretty good year so far, so fingers crossed for the future.

Do no contact with the intention of letting go. My sincere advise. Don’t hold on to hope if they do not return within a month. Life is too short. The pain only gets deeper. Went out yesterday, and talked like time didn't pass,, and jumped right back onto each other.. We're meeting at a hotel, later today, to do more "catching up"....😎
Trust me when I say that you need to trust time and allow space. It does work! It took a little over 2 months. Don’t beg, don’t try and be logical and reason with her/him, accept the breakup, don’t chase and focus on yourself and everything will fall into place. You’re all kings, remember that! My ex broke up with me and reached out a few months later saying he misses me and apologizing. He didn't say he wanted to get back together though, he said that the past is in the past... I told him I have accepted the break up and that I intend to move on and it has now been weeks of radio silence. I HARDCORE chased my ex for 4 months after he dumped me. He cheated on me and ended our relationship to pursue other women. I hard core chased him, endlessly for months, called from 10 numbers a day begged cried nothing worked. I went no contact 15 days ago. He's now hard core chasing me and I don't even want him back. I know this will probably sound crazy but my ex and I was together for 4 years and have a two year old son together. She kicked me out the day after Christmas. Just feels comforting to know that you and I both were going through the same things at the same time together lol. How are you doing? I still think about her a lot but I don't cry as much If at all. I just think about her often and wish I could go back home and be with her and my son. It's just frustrating! Honestly every single guy she was with before me she had to be both the man and woman of the relationship and her ex before me stalked us for two whole years. The moment that ive finally waited. After 1.5yrs he just suddenly texted me. I asked him why then he just suddenly said that he was still thinking about me. Well in that span of time i really took care of my self workedout, i am sexier than before, i did upgrade my style, more sexy and beautiful. I did it for myself and not for him. My gf broke up with me earlier December last year. So I did the no contact rule for 2 months. Found out she was dating someone who cheated on her and got her pregnant. rebound left her and now she comes back crawling back but now beside she being pregnant by someone else something deep inside me tells me i dodge a bullet.
I don’t want him back then. If the only time he’s going to display interest in me is when I pull away or become “mysterious” then being with him again is not worth it. What happens when I’m no longer a mystery again. Will he lose interest? No thanks. That’s why exes are exes for a reason. Use the time on this earth to work on being emotionally and mentally healthy and find someone who doesn’t play games.
For those who do not feel as "la femme fatale" or "homme fatal" type of person: listen to this coach's words. If you had a relationship that was truly enriching for both of the partners, but for certain reasons the ties got (temporarily) broken, there are two main rules to follow that this coach (not all of them) is promoting: 1) don't chase 2) when the other side reaches out, don't play the silence game. From my personal experience, I would also add: (if you consider your partner was a quality person - which is important to be sure of, to avoid falling into narcissist games) ask yourself if some of your own weaknesses (that need to be healed) caused or at least influenced your partner's reactions and loosening of those ties. In my case the reason were my weaknesses.

It’s been six months since my ex left. There’s been no contact from either of us. I’m good without them now. He wasn’t the right person for me. I’ve realised how cold he could be and he doesn’t have a good track record of staying in relationships. So, I’ve been concentrating on myself and when I’m ready, I will look to finding someone who shares my values and is prepared to work at a relationship. We parted on good terms, no recriminations. So he will no longer take up precious space in my heart and mind.

Be proud coach, I did 22 days before she reached out, we talked a bit casually which was fine but going nowhere, she was just checking in to see what I was up to clearly. She said she would talk to me later and then poof, it’s been 26 days since that. I’m not really feeling things between us anymore, and that hurts in it’s own way. I do miss her, deeply I do, but I’ve come to grips with reality I think. She’s not for me, she’s for herself and that’s exactly how she acts. I deserve better and she will never have better so I guess it’s a win win. I get healthier and better in every way, she gets to continue down her life of her own choices. Like you said, don’t clean up their messes. She’s on her own, I have no clue what’s going on in her life and that’s ok, she’s the one that cut the ties and is free to try and navigate life without me….. she did a stellar job of that before meeting me haha, I’m sure she will excel on her own again. 3months after a breakup, did all the wrong things but have decided to go no contact and give her what she asked for. Brought the breakup kit and am working on myself and my life. Coach Lee is a real professional. I am apllying NC just as he told in the videos and the website. Yesterday, I caught her stalking my spotify list whlist listening to sad love songs which are about mostly missing and guilt. And when she realized she got caught, she just disappeared and today she tried to make me jealous over some instagram story. It really gave me anxiety and tried hard to feel better again. But the more I think logically, the more I see the power I've started to gain over her. Which I'm not going to use to do anything bad surely. I just want us together and equally. Anyways. I've been doing exactly what you're saying for the last 5 months. We didn't really break up, things had been just slowly fading before she once told me I'm more like a friend and she didn't see our future in a serious relationship. After that I walked away, no contact, even though I didn't know it's a thing back then. Now, for the whole time she's been watching my stories, sometimes replying, sharing things about her personal life which I can easily say you don't tell someone you feel nothing to, BUT that's all. Funny , as soon as I got new serious relationship and happy , all my exes came out of the woodwork . One after 2 year silence , another on after 6 months (both dumped me ) now they are very concerned if I am ok due to the madness what’s happening in the world …go figure …. Both at the same time , just few days apart .Life is strange . When you cry your eyes out because of them , there is crickets as soon as you happy , they are back in contact . I’ve watched all your videos shortly after our breakup. At this moment, I’ve realized that my ex is truly gone. We split in early January 2022 and haven’t spoke since. Oddly I’ve gone through the motions and I’m not sad. I find myself being angry just at the thought of her. It’s finally a chapter that has come to close. Stay strong and in NC, I am in a very similar situation, except I'm about 2 months in - everything plays out like coach Lee says if you stay in NC, it's all happened to me, just make sure you are well equipped for your response - She will reach out. I really want to do this no contact but we work together though remotely. Every time I avoid working with him directly, he finds a way to bring jobs that we will have to do together. Hey Coach Lee! Ive been in NC for 74 days untill she was forced to txt me cause of mutual friends party. She had told ppl that it would be okay if i was there aswell (in a party on xmas before, close to our break up) which i did not go to (was too broken mentally from the breakup.) And now iv been working on myself (gym, own stuff, new goals etc!) and i told ppl that im coming aswell to this next new party with mutual friends! My ex left me 6 months ago now. I reached out once in no November asking him if we could have a conversation. He said I could “send him a list of my questions”. I didn’t do that. But still nothing. This man speaks facts. For the 3rd time my ex has just reached out, telling me she loves me and letting me go was the biggest mistake. What did I do after she ended us? I worked on myself, went to the gym, closed my social media, hung out with friends, family, and stopped worrying about my ex, what she was doing, just got on with my life. She started sending little messges, like hey, hows it going. I got back with short polite responses, and this clearly frustrated her, that i wasn't begging, that i came across as stong and okay. She wants to meet, has begged for anoter chance, but whats strange is now im not sure I want her or us any more.

We dated for 2.5 years when I wrote the above. NC was around 4-6 weeks. She followed all the patterns coach Lee described, and we ended up trying again. Took things super slow, and are still together as I write this. It's not perfect, it's not always easy, but we've had a pretty good year so far, so fingers crossed for the future.

I HARDCORE chased my ex for 4 months after he dumped me. He cheated on me and ended our relationship to pursue other women. I hard core chased him, endlessly for months, called from 10 numbers a day begged cried nothing worked. I went no contact 15 days ago. He's now hard core chasing me and I don't even want him back. This is a horrendous game. It's terrifying the psychology behind this. I think we are both avoidment attatchment style.

I know this will probably sound crazy but my ex and I was together for 4 years and have a two year old son together. She kicked me out the day after Christmas. I don’t want him back then. If the only time he’s going to display interest in me is when I pull away or become “mysterious” then being with him again is not worth it. For those who do not feel as "la femme fatale" or "homme fatal" type of person: listen to this coach's words.
If you had a relationship that was truly enriching for both of the partners, but for certain reasons the ties got (temporarily) broken, there are two main rules to follow that this coach (not all of them) is promoting:
1) don't chase
2) when the other side reaches out, don't play the silence game.
From my personal experience, I would also add: (if you consider your partner was a quality person - which is important to be sure of, to avoid falling into narcissist games) ask yourself if some of your own weaknesses (that need to be healed) caused or at least influenced your partner's reactions and loosening of those ties. In my case the reason were my weaknesses.

It’s been six months since my ex left. There’s been no contact from either of us. I’m good without them now. He wasn’t the right person for me. I’ve realised how cold he could be and he doesn’t have a good track record of staying in relationships. Be proud coach, I did 22 days before she reached out, we talked a bit casually which was fine but going nowhere, she was just checking in to see what I was up to clearly. She said she would talk to me later and then poof, it’s been 26 days since that. I’m not really feeling things between us anymore, and that hurts in it’s own way. I do miss her, deeply I do, but I’ve come to grips with reality I think. She’s not for me, she’s for herself and that’s exactly how she acts. I deserve better and she will never have better so I guess it’s a win win. I get healthier and better in every way, she gets to continue down her life of her own choices. Like you said, don’t clean up their messes. She’s on her own, I have no clue what’s going on in her life and that’s ok, she’s the one that cut the ties and is free to try and navigate life without me….. she did a stellar job of that before meeting me haha, I’m sure she will excel on her own again. I implemented the no contact rule the minute he broke it off. However, there are still times when he crosses my mind and I get so tempted to look at his ig stories etc… but everytime I have that urge i just watch one of your videos. After the break up, my ex did watch my ig stories ALOT but now he stops watching them. Not sure what that means but maybe it’s a sign that he’s moving on? I honestly don’t know if I would want him back if he ever decides to reach out….. I just want him to regret his decision lol

I might be a few months late seeing this video but I am learning so much from coach Lee! My ex stood me up twice the day we were suppose to get married. The first one he told me he was scared.. then we put it for December 28th last year and he never showed up, never returned my text nor calls! He ghosts me and now I went into NC mood! I am in 2 weeks of NC he is very prideful and stubborn! We had no arguments or nothing the day before the wedding. He just never showed up and stood me up a second time! I miss her so bad that I'm always getting the urge to send her a text etc to ask if she's maybe ready to talk (but I don't)... This is possibly one of the hardest things I have ever been through, I'm so depressed, low and broken. And all I think ABOUT on a daily basis is her.

And when she realized she got caught, she just disappeared and today she tried to make me jealous over some instagram story. It really gave me anxiety and tried hard to feel better again. I've been doing exactly what you're saying for the last 5 months. We didn't really break up, things had been just slowly fading before she once told me I'm more like a friend and she didn't see our future in a serious relationship. After that I walked away, no contact, even though I didn't know it's a thing back then. Now, for the whole time she's been watching my stories, sometimes replying, sharing things about her personal life which I can easily say you don't tell someone you feel nothing to, BUT that's all. Never suggested hanging out, dinner or whatever. I'm thinking wheter it would be okay if I did that after all this time?

I really want to do this no contact but we work together though remotely. Every time I avoid working with him directly, he finds a way to bring jobs that we will have to do together. Ive been in NC for 74 days untill she was forced to txt me cause of mutual friends party. She had told ppl that it would be okay if i was there aswell (in a party on xmas before, close to our break up) which i did not go to (was too broken mentally from the breakup.) And now iv been working on myself (gym, own stuff, new goals etc!) and i told ppl that im coming aswell to this next new party with mutual friends! Well.. she is bringing a rebound with her there as a +1.. Its a old hookup of hers from ages ago! Like a old friend.. It might be possible they started this ”rebound relationship” when we broke up.. but i only heard about it now.. (friends prolly did not tell me sooner because i would have been too devastated.) and now shes saying that its not okay that i come? Eventho she said in the txt that it is ok but she rather skip awkward situations if possible. :) she said because it would be awkward, shes still blocked on my social media by me and she dosent want to hurt me because its gonna hurt her..? I was forced to call her! Because my friends who setup the party were tiered of being messingers for news because she didnt contact me straight. Iv had her blocked on instagram and snapchat when we broke for my own mental healths sake. And in the txt she aswell took that up. When i called her she was unpolite, rude, irritated and kinda tried to show off that she had a new guy? He was emotionally unavailable at the time (looking back and reading some articles about this) and at some point I said I couldnt do this anymore and he replied that maybe we need a break so he can get his shit together and we'll see how it goes when he comes back (he traveled to abroad for a few weeks). He came back 3 weeks ago but as you wrote above nothing, crickets. I immediately started no contact the day he left (it's been 7 weeks now) and he once liked one of my posts on social media several weeks ago, but that was it. Since then no communication. So basically it was a mutual break-up but not really. I'm really confused nonetheless. But I feel that I was very open to build something meaningful with him and it wasnt my fault that it didnt work out so I shouldnt be the one who makes the first step... If he hasn't been working on these trauma-related issues, a genuine and serious relationship wouldn't last anyway..
Tired of everything now. Don't even have a count of months in no contact period. Anyways, closed off Social Media (gave me so much peace), I hit the gym and just decided that I have my family to take care of! I'd love to see videos about what to do when no contact works in reverse. Also, those situations when no contact extends the point of time of no communication between yourself and your ex definitely to the point that no one reaches out.
I'm in that boat. No contact to the point non of us wants to reach out or will ever reach out. It was a toxic relationship and we're better off apart.
