This is great if you have kids ( rushing to school in the mornings), just wrap in foil and they can take with a juice carton. And/or just take to work. [They can be made the the night before and popped in toaster ( to save time), wrap in foil, take juice, coffee, water, etc].

I am vegetarian but thank for teaching me a new thing. I use to staff the curry in between to slices of bread but ur idea of cutting bread was different and the seems to be very good and tasty. I will substitute egg with besan / oats.
Seems good. I cannot eat processed food, I will substitute thehot fog fir ground turkey and load it with herbs yo make it taste great. Thank you for this video. It is a good recipe for my lunch .
