Also add 1 slice of bacon or one sausage and fruit that you like and this breakfast will pretty much keep you full all day until you get home from work lol🤗🤗🤗
This recipe was for 3 slices of regular bread. If you use texas toast that is much more calories. And you have to remember women and mens calorie intake is totally different and plus if your job is physical probably won't last all day but if a desk job I would think a breakfast like that would be plenty for 8 hours lol. Love this French toast, and it’s pretty much how I’ve always made it, only I had more egg and less milk. What temp was stove on, and for how long was the bread fried? Was the interior of this double bread fully cooked? I don’t like soggy French toast, and I don’t eat eggs that aren’t cooked properly.
Very clever uses for eggs & bread. I usually just make French Toast. But if you were having an early brunch, featuring eggs theme, these would all be cute side dishes too sample! On the pizza looking one, I'd also add some capers:) Thank you for sharing.

My two cents: 1. cut wide slice (1in) out of French bread and use one slice at a time 2. Beat eggs before adding 2% milk 3 . While beating add sugar, pinch of salt as you like (optional) 4. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the mixture and finally 5. drop few particles of fresh 🌰 nutmeg by grating. Nutmeg is game changer in this French toast. Use butter like Kerrygold. Use low heat. Yes maple syrup is great. You can spread Philadelphia cream cheese or any other similar item. Yes one or two drops of organic vanilla extract or pinaapple extract to your taste. Use heavy duty pan or griddle. Use hand held electric mixer. Enjoy innovations. Let me hear what did you like most?

That's not special. Most people do that when making French toast. You aren't releasing some secret French toast secret by writing this comment. 😂 that's like acting like putting sour cream on a baked potato is a great cooking secret.
@@gritmakaveli Who are you fighting with or are you just a troll????
Me too!
Also add 1 slice of bacon or one sausage and fruit that you like and this breakfast will pretty much keep you full all day until you get home from work lol🤗🤗🤗
CAROLINA EGGY BREAD IS GREAT,I PUT A DOLLOPOF CREAM CHEESE SND A DOLLOP OF JELLY BETWEEN,PUT POWDERED SUGAR OR SYRUP ON TOP
You must be only working a half day lol
This recipe was for 3 slices of regular bread. If you use texas toast that is much more calories. And you have to remember women and mens calorie intake is totally different and plus if your job is physical probably won't last all day but if a desk job I would think a breakfast like that would be plenty for 8 hours lol. Stil delicious!
Pure genius!
The tiny plated with the eggs... They are gorgeous! Look like a piece of sky.
Suggestion use Aldi's Cinnamon Marbled bread Add vanilla instead of sugar and a dash of nutmeg and maple syrup it will enhance the flavor even more !
Very creative; outside the box, if you will! great if you’ve got the time to create 😊 thanks for sharing all your ideas! I really like that you don’t throw the crusts away - more opportunities to be creative!

Very creative.
The regular French toast, never done two slices. But use Texas toast.
The egg one I’ve done for years…. Elephant ears
The rolled one, fry with syrup/cinn sugar - grilled sticky
Texas toast is the best I've found for French toast!

Thank you for your generosity, by giving various recipes, instead of dragging one recipe for a long time.
My family always put freshly ground pepper in the batter for French toast. Wonderful flavor.

Las primeras tostadas ya nos las hacía mi madre cuando tenía 5 años, y tengo 55, vaya novedad de hace 50 años....madre mía, no sé que pensaríais que comíamos antes.....
In the Netherlands 🇳🇱 we call it wentelteefjes ❤
The crust and stale bread we use in a ovendish with the same egg/milk cinnamon mix with applesauce, raisins and crumble on top made from rusk (beschuit)
Do you too it off with sprinkles? Who makes the best sprinkles?
Wow thanks for that 🇳🇱, I will try 🇺🇸 as it sounds yummy!

Um.. for the milk on french toast mixture, is it using full cream milk or can use any sweet milk? im sorry i wanna try to make it right for first attempt😅
I have made French toast (single sourdough), w/vanilla, ci,amon, nutmeg, a bit of orange juice and orange peel (shredded). Serve w/ butter and/or real maple syrup! Next, I'll use brioche!!😂❤

Thank you for bringing back to my mind all these delicious recipes. Greetings from Costa Rica
It's our old favourite we call sweet egg bread my mum always made this for my kids during holidays
Aku pertama kali coba bikin resep roti panggang ini tahun 2006. Diajarin sm alm. Suami. Eh .... Ternyata ada yg upload video resepnya 😍👍
Allows absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try! Yum! 😊 Thank you! ❤
Simply stomachache lol😅😮
Very clever uses for eggs & bread. I usually just make French Toast. But if you were having an early brunch, featuring eggs theme, these would all be cute side dishes too sample! On the pizza looking one, I'd also add some capers:) Thank you for sharing.

Some very tasty options there, I like the ideas and your technique. Never tried the plate assisted flip it does make sense for omelette and the likes but I can't help doing a toss, even if 1 in 10 catches the pan edge and hob gets a sizzle 😅
Good quality pan is a must too.
Keep the tasty ideas coming 👏👏👏

Very nice.Children will adore those folded over bread with a bit of veggies inside, especially after school time.
Mis reverencias por tu creatividad . Nunca imaginé que el arte también se come.

Why do you feel the need to add your two cents? It’s their video. 😅
Because they asked for our comments, just saying, 🤣

If my failing memory serves me correctly, I think we might have called this FRENCH TOAST about a hundred years ago 🤣
Genius! 😂 For the first time in my life, I was “impressed”! 😆
Oh my goodness you’re so brilliant you just reinvented French toast thats been around since uhm forever.
Essas cascas que foram cortadas, passa-se na manteiga/margarina derretida, passa depois no queijo parmesão ralado e leva para o forno, até firmar tipo torradinha, uma delícia, este aperitivo chama-se salgadinho Paquetá.
I think she has some great ideas. Looking forward to trying them all. French toast looks yummy then using the edges of the bread slice she created an entirely different meal. Looked simple and delicious.

Do the eggs absorbed inside really cook well?
There's no advantage to put two slices together. Just make two!
That’s what I wanna know. I hate soggy French toast!
@@Olysterzthere is--makes it thicker but not if the inside is soggy.
