      Jump smash gives additional advantage by adding momentum and power, and it gives a sharper angle making it more difficult to return. We will soon do a jump and smash video to elaborate on this. Thanks for the question

      It's not your fault, if you had 100% consistency, you would be a professional badminton player,, it's very normal for intermediate players to have good and bad days. I would also like to point out that it's not the lack of power that ruins your smash, it's the contact point and angle of contact. Hope this helps

      Hello Sir. A few suggestions from our side are: 1) make sure to properly warm up before every session and stretch your muscles after every session of badminton. 2) Keep an eye on your nutrition mainly protein intake which will help in muscle recovery. Try to include eggs and some fish or chicken in your diet (if non-vegetarian) or lots of pulses ( if vegetarian)

      Hello Nadira. I presume by forearm rotation, you mean the arm swing. For both smash and toss, the arm swing is critical and it has to follow a swing action

      @starbadmintonacademybangal2864  2 года назад +1

      I am not sure if I understand the question. But i will answer from what I understand. In doubles, if the shuttle falls in the back corner box during service, it is "out". Apart from that, the back box is part of the play as usual.

    Fastest smash in the international live game is fu haifeng

    • @richiero0o0
      @richiero0o0 2 года назад +2

      Mads Pieler Kolding holds the record for fastest smash in competition - he hit 426 km/h (265 mph) playing for the Chennai Smashers against the Delhi Acers in the IPL.
      FWIW I don't think Fu Haifeng was ever clocked over 400 km/h but then he did retire a few years ago and maybe they changed how they measure.
