This is so true, I noticed a huge difference in my shot when I corrected this. I found my preload posture naturally thanks to your previous video and it applies all the corrections I needed before hitting.

Jump smash gives additional advantage by adding momentum and power, and it gives a sharper angle making it more difficult to return. We will soon do a jump and smash video to elaborate on this. Thanks for the question
It's not your fault, if you had 100% consistency, you would be a professional badminton player,, it's very normal for intermediate players to have good and bad days. I would also like to point out that it's not the lack of power that ruins your smash, it's the contact point and angle of contact. Hope this helps
@@irresponsibleidiot3748 exactly sometimes i also feel like this i thought it's only my problem but thanks for sharing your experience both are my id exclusive fun and this
Hello Sir. A few suggestions from our side are: 1) make sure to properly warm up before every session and stretch your muscles after every session of badminton. 2) Keep an eye on your nutrition mainly protein intake which will help in muscle recovery. Try to include eggs and some fish or chicken in your diet (if non-vegetarian) or lots of pulses ( if vegetarian)
Thank you Bhanu. I love being a badminton coach as it makes sure to keep me on my feet most of the time. Also, I get to interact with so many students everyday. These are the tips to be fit and active.
Hello Nadira. I presume by forearm rotation, you mean the arm swing. For both smash and toss, the arm swing is critical and it has to follow a swing action
The question was about which player has the fastest recorded smash. We have provided the answer in our next video We have answered this question in our next video ruclips.net/video/L1djJs6PYQQ/видео.html
I am not sure if I understand the question. But i will answer from what I understand. In doubles, if the shuttle falls in the back corner box during service, it is "out". Apart from that, the back box is part of the play as usual.
Mads Pieler Kolding holds the record for fastest smash in competition - he hit 426 km/h (265 mph) playing for the Chennai Smashers against the Delhi Acers in the IPL. FWIW I don't think Fu Haifeng was ever clocked over 400 km/h but then he did retire a few years ago and maybe they changed how they measure.
Explanation about backhand is so lame. People do backhand out of compulsion not by choice. Forehand is preffered.just because you cant get into forehand position you go for backhand.
With all due respect, the smashing technique you showed is not correct and will not unleash the fullest power. You fold the arm too much and are not using the power generated from shoulder and upper body.
Hello, we appreciate your comment. Actually the purpose of this video is to provide some simple correction techniques to players to improve their smash speed. A detailed training with correct form to achieve the best smash speed would be difficult to cover in a short video.
Explained and shown the forehand smash in a simple and best way.
Similarly can you please show backhand smash.
This is so true, I noticed a huge difference in my shot when I corrected this.

The current Guinness World Record for the fastest smash is held by Malaysian superstar, Tan Boon Heong, at 493 km/h.
