If you're a fan of potato recipes, don't miss this amazing potato dish with delicious meat sauce. Ground meat and potato have always been a great combination, and this new recipe is a top notch 👌 an easy recipe perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
🔹️Ground beef : 250 g
🔹️balsamic vinegar: 2 tbsp
🔹️light soy sauce : 1 1/2 tbsp ( = 1 tbsp dark soy sauce)
🔹️onion powder: 1 tsp
🔹️Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
🔹️olive oil: 1 tbsp
🔹️one eggplant, about 200 g
🔹️one onion, about 200 g
🔹️2 tomatoes, about 150 g
🔹️salt and pepper to taste
🔹️tomato puree : 1/2 cup
🔹️potato : 600 g, sliced thinly ( depending on the size of your baking dish, you might need more or less)
🔹️mozzarella cheese
📌 Note1: To make this recipe vegetarian, substitute meat with more eggplants
Note 2 : The cooking period might differ in your oven, so adjust it to your oven it might take more than 30 mins
