Hi, Thank you for making this video. I had to search a bit before finding a video as yours which discussed which activities generate more positive scores with Mendi. Your video really helped. I have not bought one yet but I am strongly considering it. I was specifically curious to know if anyone had measured their brain’s activity while watching something like TikTok. Have you tested it while doing something that requires absolutely no mental challenge, yet which is pleasurable and engrossing? I’m wondering if just happiness, feeling stress-free and feeling loving emotions alone (for example, watching adorable dog videos) have any redeeming value for the brain, or do they simply contribute to decreasing the aging brain’s size? I don’t watch a lot of TikTok btw lol! But it’s the most extreme example IMO of an activity that requires no effort but which can be happy-making. Would love to hear back from you! Take care. My best wishes ❤
Thanks so much for watching! I personally have not tried that out as I don’t have a TikTok. I am not sure how that would affect the score. I don’t know if it would be similar to what I mentioned about sunny days. Possibly that has a mood aspect to it too. Long story short, not sure haha
@@JarredPayne thank you for replying, Jared. Your comment about sunny days is what got me wondering. Well, we do know that doing what we can to be and stay on the happy scale is best for our bodies’ functions in any case. Wishing you endless ‘sunny days!’ 🙏😊
THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH THANKFUL FOR YOUR VIDEOS COULD YOU MAKE UPDATED VERSION OF THIS PLEASE?
Thanks!
Helpful video for me research into this device. Thanks for making and posting. 🎉
Thanks for the kind words!
