Sir what is different between main engine fuel pump and aux engine fuel pump ??
Delivery valve will be present on both pumps or it will present only in aux engine fuel pump if it is yes why it is not present in main engine fuel pump???

The delivery valves are only provided on AE fuel pumps.... where as ME fuel pumps are with suction valve.
The reason behind this is to keep the ME fuel injectors warm in stopped condition by circulation of high temp fuel oil....The oil flows via fuel pumps and fuel valves .
For AE the delivery vv acts like a NRV and in stopped condition circulates the fuel via fuel pp to return line.

I was taught by russian chief engineer to keep in storage fuel injectors with loosen spring and tight it before installation. So that spring is not deforming during laying in storage

Hey hi...yes ur CE is also right....u can follow that practice..
These springs are of particular material and specially designed to withstand the tension for longer durations.....so it won't affect if u keep the spring tighten.
