Thank you for this. It is just what I needed.
Love to hear that. Let me know if there is something else you would like to see ❤️
This feels so soothing and grounding. It’s deeply profound to me how a woman’s pelvic floor relates to her root chakra, so I appreciate the affirmations of safety and trust that relate to this energy center. Thank you 🙏✨
Thank you for sharing that - I completely agree
@@moonrisefilippa_encan I listen only or is it must to repeat after you??
@@usern134-h4g It is more effective if you repeat, in your mind or verbally 🌺

Can you write the affirmations in the comments please?
There you go!
Guys.. I'm just 20 and virgin.. But I have noticed that the tube through which we women pee through is sticking out.. Sometimes because of that I cant control my pee. When I goggled, it says urethral prolapse.. Do you guys have any idea about what it is.. Will this affect pregnancy in the future?? 😭😭
no, you can absolutely still have perfectly healthy pregnancies and deliveries despite the prolapse. maybe see a pelvic floor therapist to get an exercise program to help urine leakage. many women have this, don’t despair!
