Sexual abuse from a spiritual leader, a painful, long pregnancy due to uterine fibroids, trauma in the birth of my son, then a messed up hysterectomy that damaged my left ureter and a repair surgery that followed- resulted in chronic inflammation, infection and interstitial cystitis. I’ve been totally exhausted for years and can barely function now. Daily pelvic and bladder pain can be horrendous. This meditation just opened my eyes to what’s going on. I know that healing is possible and I believe it has begun. I did not realize how unsafe I feel deep inside. I will work on this now. Thank you for taking the time to post this meditation. 💕
I’m sure women or men listening to this meditation have already seen a pelvic physiotherapist but if you haven’t please go if your symptoms continue. I had one visit and she diagnosed where my problem is. She did 1 treatment and I’m at least 60 -70 percent improved. It’s still intermittent but can feel the improvement and now have faith this is going to go. My creative energy has already returned. My back pain has improved 80 percent. Don’t underestimate the lack of stability and grounding you don’t have when your pelvic floor is not right.
I second this, what was once such a scary unknown area of pain is becoming all clear and sorted out thanks to pelvic physio (who reccomends these kinds of relaxation meditations). Glad you are finding healing!
Thank you so much. I was having another hard morning with burning pain! Instead of taking the path where I get into my own head about it… I decided to following along to your meditation. In 20 minutes my mindset shifted, my pain has gone away and I am ready to start my day. Thank you again ❤
Beautiful, dear sister! So many thanks! 69 years of pelvic traumatic dis-ease are immensely aided and released by your conscious, thoughtful words. Blessings to you, friend. This is precious work for those of us upon the ascension pathway. ♡ Peace and love from Taralend Nova Terra in northern Ontario Canada.
Absolutely 10/10. I didnt know how badly I needed that. What a soothing voice and well chosen words. Wow. EDIT : Im back after a few months away. Thought id listen again. When it came to the kegal i always avoid them cause i have trouble with a tight floor down therecso think tightening it wont help and also they make me feel really really quesey, almost sick. Well today i did it not expecting the reverse part.....I burst into tears. Ive had years of therapy over 20 years and many doctors visits. So much hypnotherapy and apps and that has NEVER happened. To say it was a breakthrough... thank you sooo much for doing this. ❤

So happy to hear that Pooja! I'm currently writing a meditation specifically for easing menstrual pain inspired by your suggestion. It will be the next one to be recorded.
Love this one. I was experiencing delayed periods and got them the night after doing this meditation. Not saying it is a substitute to a doctoral checkup but helped me a lot. Thank you. Lots of love 💞
This is great, thank you. Guys with prostatitis / cpps should definitely give it a try after pelvic floor exercises or trigger point release done by a physio or on their own. Love your voice :)
wow thank you so much. this helped. I didn't realize how tight i truly was, it's so extremely hard for me to release tension. The whole day from yesterday I've been enduring my burning tailbone pain that sometimes shoots lightning pain into my pelvic and upper back and drs just don't even know exactly. My pain is still there, but it felt a little bit better.
Hey this is so beautiful. I love your gentle voice and authentic guidance / script. Thanks for this!... I was wondering what connection you find between the pelvic floor/vulva and stomach muscles. I find that inflammation, pain and chronic issues (such as vulvadynia and IBS) can overlap in these areas. I found your channel through your beautiful gut healing meditation. Would be lovely to hear your thoughts. All my best Arianna x
👼📖🙏Thank You so very very much for this🙏 This is so powerful for me🙏And i would like to no how many times a day can we listen to this🙏God Bless You🙏📖👼👼👼👼🙏🙏🙏🙏👼
You are so welcome Julia. Relaxation techniques like this can be used up to twice a day when things are painful or if you are going through a stressful time. But then during more of a maintenance phase, when things are going well for you, once a week is plenty. It really depends on you and how you're feeling. I'm glad it was a powerful experience for you.
Does it work for genitofemoral nerve entrapment? What I know that keggle exercises makes my pain worst. What shall I do in that part of the meditation?
Have you ever come across anybody with Levator Ani syndrome, I have 2/3 spasms daily that can last an hour a time, this has definitely helped thank you. I was wondering is there anything else you may know I could do to help X
No I haven't, but, my goodness, that sounds painful! There are some physical therapist's who specialise in pelvic floor conditions such as Levator Ani Syndrome. They are often the professionals who are best placed to help. However, practising to release the muscles in this area may help to decrease the muscle spams.
@@GenerationCalm thank you for the reply I’ll keep up with the meditation it does really seem to help and I’ll look into finding a pelvic floor therapist
I suffered from Ic and a physio so I’m very aware of levator ani syndrome. It’s terribly painful. I highly recommend Amy Stein’s ‘ healing pelvic pain’ book. She has excellent tips and stretches as well. Also check your piriformis and obturator internus/externus muscles. These work in tandem with the levator ani, causing bladder/anal pain. You might might need to see a pelvic floor specialist who can internally release the muscle. It’s not a super comfortable treatment but it works wonders! This video with deep diaphragmatic breathing and conscious breathing at releasing the anal sphincter will definitely help too.
I'm so glad you find it relaxing as part of a bedtime routine. Although I didn't make it with vaginismus in mind, relaxation will definitely help, so this meditation along with other psychological and physical therapies can help.
I don't believe there is research on this, except that guided imagery helped prolapse recovery after surgery. But relaxation, like this meditation, will help to relax the muscles (when we tense up with stress it's hard for your muscles to relax), keep a positive mindset and ease some of the symptoms. I certainly hope it will help you
Doing kegels can cause a lot of pain if you have a pelvic floor that does not relax. This was relaxing in general but did not give guidance on how to let go of contracted pelvic for muscles. If I could just let go and have them relax I wouldn't need a guided breath work!
I wish I had an exact answer for you, but listening to your body will give you a more accurate response. Like with many things, you'll see an accumulation of results with time and practice. Once you've followed along with the meditation a couple of times and gotten used to it, you could practice the lowering sensation and breathing 3-4 times a day for 5 minutes at a time and probably get quicker results than if you do the full 20 minute meditation once a week.
That's frustrating ... it's important to check out new symptoms with your doctor. But urinary frequency can be related to pelvic floor in men and women.

Same here
I had pelvic floor dysfunction for 8 years now if you don't mind what was the thing she said you had to fix which really changed you
That requires money..
100-150 per session is very doable

Don’t do the kegels.

Is this a healing frequency or just a meditation ?
Totally too k me into relaxation
Amazingly relaxing and works well for a pre bedtime routine. Is this useful for vaginismus? Xx

@@GenerationCalm Can you recommended any specific meditation for vaginismus?
Can ppl with extreme anxiety & urinary incontinency issues try this
Yes, there's no contraindications with meditation or relaxation.
Can you please do a meditation for interstitial cystitis ?
I'll add it to my list, I hope you find some relief from your pain soon

I have vaginismus..would this help with that? It’s hard to me to relax
Yes, I believe this will help with relaxing your mind, which of course, can have a powerful effect on the body.
Thank you for that…….❤
