Dear Friends! We are pioneer in medical field and so many specialists in the world are from Tamilnadu. In order to occupy seats in Tamilnadu the "NEET SCAM" is formed. Why NEET exam all services given to private people. Search the Past History of Tamilnadu Doctors how much we are helping the society. Because of the heredity and humanity in Tamilnadu doctors serving the society. What is the lack in the skills of them? Let them have NEET exams in other states not here. Looks like his only motive is the support the present DMK government and also the politicians who were running most of the medical colleges in Tamilnadu and was earning crores and crores of money every year! With introduction of NEET, the playing field fir students has been leveled. The political parties of Tamilnadu ensured that government schools are kept at the lowest in standards and they were running the majority of the CBSE school, including the daughter-in-law of the present chief minister! With money lost in the capitation fees these politicians are shedding crocodile tears and want to abolish NEET! This so called judge who can’t even articulate the points raised by the interviewer coming up with nonsense! Parents are smarter now and they know what to do with their kids. Which CASTE paid how much before and after NEET for the Management Quota and how many of those were First Generation Graduates (FGG) and how many were Non-FGG?
What is equality? What is Social Justice?
1 Are MLA assembly tickets allowed only on the basis of caste? Is only OBC dominating 76 +% MLA seats
    equality?
2 is Only 5% representation of women in the assembly equality?
Are agricultural women getting much lower minimum wages than men for the same job equality?
Are very few women have the right to own agricultural lands equality?
3 Is only a few from the Powerful and rich families hereditarily inherit important top positions in the party equality?
4 Of the total 2.01 lakh fishing families, 91 percent are below the poverty line?
5 Is about 1.5 crore people (almost 20% of TN Population) living in unsanitary conditions in slums in Tamil Nadu?
6 Is targeting and demeaning particular community equality?
7 While all the Party members owned private schools teach Hindi, German, French, and many other
languages, restricting Government School students to only bilingual (Tamil and English) is social justice?
8 Is allowing only companies that are paying commission to politicians allowed to bid for Government Tenders

9 Is looting assets of 36,000+ Hindu Temples (land and other properties without showing any accounts and
not doing any external audit) for other purposes other than Temple use in spite of Court ruling and not appointing

Mr.A.K.Rajan ,the nemesis of NEET goes back to a circular of Karnataka of 1989 regulating the differential fee structure for Karnataka Government Medical colleges, Karnataka meritorious student admitted in Private medical colleges and those selected by Private Medical colleges. This was challenged by a UP student Mohini Jain vs Karnataka in 1989 and the subsequent Unnikrishnan Judgement of 1993. The Government was asked to regulate the fee and admission by holding one test . Thus from 1994 the Common Enterance Test was held .The private colleges were unhappy and went to court to get a favourable Judgment in 2002 ie T.A.Pai Judgement accordly the private medical/Engineering colleges had separate admission test called COMED- K and Government virtually lost the seats for its meritorious student in Private medical colleges.
Next was when world famous Dr.Devishetty a renowned Cardiologist was appointed as Chief of MCI a question was posed by many Medical students going abroad for higher studies to solve the long pending demand of upgrading their MBBS degree on par with international standards. He extensively discussed with his other members of MCI, VC ,Dean's of Medical colleges and suggest for improvement of Medical education. Their suggestion resulted sought for 2 changes in the Medical education ie some of the subjects studied in 1 year to be relegated to 11 & 12 and up grading the MBBS syllabus. There was little change to be made in CBSE but the State Government required considerable change. Further there were 22 written exams to be written to get admission to medicines which was misused and scams like VYPAM took place involving IAS/IPS/Judges/Ministers children getting admission by dubious means .Hence the need of the hour was to up grade the education system. You have not addressed the issue of ability of teachers to prepare students for Enterance exam. The CM of Karnataka Veerappa Moily noticed that there was very few students from Government schools could crack CET. Hence a training for teachers of 11 & 12 was conducted and it was found the teachers ability to motivate the students in teaching and their ability to crack Enterance test before training was far from satisfactory. But their ability improved after the training at IISC Bangalore.
One more thing you should know most of the students fail to pass the test conducted by Infosys in the final year because the students have not faced any test.N.Narayan Murthy has said 75% of our Engineering graduates are unemployable because of the weak foundation.
If our Doctors are able to shine a road why are they shy to face a Test ? The 2002 T.A Pai Judgement is pro Private and made private to collect fancy donation and fees.
In fact Private medical colleges /Engineers is first introduced in Karnataka much before TN

Things i cannot understand at all what this guy is saying.
    1. Students from Behar, Naga Land etc and tamilnadu have different cognitive skill because of the place they are born and not because of the quality of education provided by the government
    2. He is completely ignoring the fact that students writing the 12th exam is not focused just for medical or engineering but all other fields so it cannot be structured to meet the needs of competent medical students and 12th mark persentage is the average of all the subjects where as a medical students aptitude should be focused of biology more then chemistry then physics and for engineering it should be maths, physics then chemistry.
    3. He is not at all considering the difficulty of different exams written by the 12th students. The CBSC students need to appear for a national exam with stringent marking system where as state syllabus students receive simpler paper with liberal marking system. The fact that results of 2 completely different question paper is considered as equal itself is contradicting what he is describing about equality.
    4. Backdoor entry. Since it is easy to get 50% in 12th there are a large number of rich students entering the medical Colleges paying large sum of money. But getting cutoff for neet is very hard for these students so they cannot enter college even if they have truck load of money.
    5. Since there 12th paper is very easy since the exam is very generic. The difference in mark is very small for top students. If my knowledge is correct the merit cut off was 99-98% this cannot measure the actual worth of a student because a single qs or a single mistake can take you out of the game. And it is impossible to attend 12th exam again. Where as in neet since the question paper is hard the will be a wide range of mark different between each students so the selection will be fair and the person who did the mistake has an option to attend the exam in the coming years.
These are very few points i find that this narrow minded justice is completely ignoring. There are few points he mentioned i find credible like the scarcity of doctors in rural areas. And for these issues government can give local quotas or mandatory rural service which is already in effect.

Tamilnadu plus 2 syllabus is on par with CBSE syllabus. Tamilnadu students are far better than other states students in terms of hardwork and intelligence. Don't insult the curriculum and ability of Tamilnadu students without knowing anything about it.
People from other states totally ignore board exams and simply prepare for NEET by attending coaching classes and they sit for multiple attempts. This is unfair. Also, NEET exam puts lot of pressure on students. Both economically weaker sections and middle class students ( of all boards including CBSE) cannot afford high fees for attending coaching classes. A student with a cut off of 198 out of 200 in board exam will be definitely a far better doctor than a student who has scored 720 out of 720 in NEET. That is why we oppose NEET. Don't underestimate the capabilities of Tamilnadu students without knowing anything about Tamilnadu.

If that be the case then why the state government couldn’t control the capitation fee mafia and corrupt practices in medical admissions, during those days also sufferer were only the poor, underprivileged students. Despite scoring good marks they were not getting any seats in the medical colleges specially in the government aided/private medical colleges, because of corrupt and malpractices with nexus of politicians and state health department officials.

The argument given in the report submitted by retired justice of Madras High Court Mr Rajan is not tenable at all in the court of law. As in his arguments he says that urban children have access to the good education and coaching which students from rural area are not able to get it. But this can’t be applicable to only Tamil Nadu state but for all the other state as well. In comparison to Northern States, Southern State especially Tamil Nadu has a very well set education and coaching system which can easily be extended or might be made available to rural areas also.

Admission to any college including medical colleges should be based only on the performance of the students in board exams. Only then really talented and hardworking students would get admission to colleges. In board exams, there is always a guarantee that systematic and dedicated learning attributes to success and high marks. NEET on the other hand requires extra coaching and is associated with probability (no guarantee of success) and luck. This is why there are increasing number of repeaters in NEET. This puts lot of pressure on young children.
Competitive tests are a good choice only for employment. In case of tests for jobs, already the candidates would have taken up semester exams in their college and they would be well versed in their curriculum. In this case, conducting tests for jobs will help to select best candidates for jobs.
To sum up, there should not be entrance tests for admission to educational institutions. Competitive exams are a good choice only for job recruitments.

For all those who support this AK.Rajan's NEET committee, I would suggest you all to search and read the verdict gave by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and this was given by the Constitution bench of SC of India. I bet you all, NEET will and cant and never be scrapped. People we are living in the 21st century. Don't compare on 18-19th century. Parents should prepare their kids rather than positioning their mind. This committee is real waste and TN people will soon realize that this was a lies said by ruling DMK. #DMKFails
