Just to clarify about the belt scene. They did not have actual intercourse but rubbing and grinding on each other. When the guy pulled back, he told Roberta to take her pants off and that's when she used the gun inside of the belt to kill him.
By the way Fabiola, the tiny maid, almost just as badass as the rest of the regular cast. The boot knife castration was just one of her badass scenes. She was personally chosen and trained by Roberta as a back up, if something happens to her.

As stated below the most insane thing about her is that she didn't suffer a single injury in the manga they nerfed her because she was to op to be in the anime because nothing could stop her. So her injuries in the anime are technically non canon.
