    面粉 18.8g flour
    可可脂 22.5g cocoa butter
    吉利丁粉 8.5g powdered gelatin
    水 33.5g water
    黄油 37.5g ointment butter
    马斯卡彭 22.5g mascarpone

    开心果帕林内 pistachio praliné:
    开心果 41.3g pistachio

    Finally a video recipe of Grolets paris brest!!! He guards the videos to his KICA demos with a vigor..aso for the cocoa cracker you skipped the part where you use food coloring!
