    I’m trying to build workouts to do. Do you do all the muscles in one workout with callestenics? And if so how long and how many times a week.

    What are them red bands mate, do they help with pump?

      hey Matt, they are Blood Restriction bands. They help with the pump and to keep blood pooling in the muscle to aid catabolic breakdown. I would stress I don't use them often and they certainly are no magic solution or will every replace good form and mindful technique

    The only problem is that I have literally no abs to squeeze or stretch. Nice guide anyways.

      We all start there, practice the mind-muscle squeeze consistently and I promise you will get them.
