I think we are making some mistakes in our savings journey that are making it hard for us to figure it out. In today's episode I am highlighting this mistakes and giving you better alternatives.

Stop saving in banks
Not attaching goals saving
Save for un necessary things
Know the purpose of saving
Not working with specific time line with your goals
Stop saving randomly.
Indicate how much you need for a specific time and goal.
Stop saving in merry-go-round groups/charmers.❤
Not improving your income when the income increase.
Saving takes consistency and Persistence.
Stop really on motivation.
Have discipline in saving.

Am into creating wealth,not getting rich..what's the difference??Well..I have a home,so am not paying rent, education is free in Luxembourg, so no fees.I. have a daughter whose education is free apart from trips here and there..very minimal. What we have done with my partner, is investing on shares..check out AI stocks.

Well presented with timely advice. Persistence, determination and focus on the goal is prerequisite for saving culture. I use money market as my emergency fund and if none I draw a fixed amount in mid-December for Christmas expenses. My question is how do I invest in bonds eg infrastructure bonds. Keep up❤

The concept of working backwards when trying to reach a savings goals is unique. I think there should be a separate video about that.
I've learnt alot today I saw this in Lyns then just searched for you from that, becoz I am that person who has been saving without a plan but I have a good discipline in saving

I have a chama thats 10,000 every month. it has helped me so much. we are 12, but this time im going to drop but put a standing order to go to my money market fund.
It's time to go to another level ❤ even me I'm quitting by September
It's better to quit because it has disadvantage of someone in the group taking off with the money after she receives her share. The world is full of wicked people. A friend can turn to be a beast. Be careful.
Unless you are number one or two the better I have one but always am no two I got the money and put it to money market funds
I joined Chama for social support.
These women have been there for me after the birth of my children. I sickness and have supported me even after losing a loved one.
We also introduced table banking where I've been able to grow my business.
So for me, chama is working for me.
Hi. I think she meant the merry go rounds where you just contribute money that doesn't earn interest and give to different people for whatever time.
Chamas, on the other hand, those that you contribute and can take a loan of money higher than you've contributed is ok.

Hey dear and what about savings in a saccos
Save in a Sacco if you want a loan but if u won't loan just do it in a United trust i.e MMF, Equity fund, bond fund etc......
What is the difference between mmf and portfolio?
Is it good ideal t save with insurance companies for 5yrs wn u have a goal t achieve after dat period??

Allow me to respond based on te information I received from my Central bank visit yesterday. No, you can't top up. Instead you can use the top to invest in another treasury bond or bill.
There are banks that have MM accounts like KCB
What about saving in a USD account ? Considering that the USD increases in value by the day, save for the past one month or so
