The show is a great continuation of the franchise. I’d love to see more Fallout titles in series and games. A stand alone movie would be incredible.
The Fallout TV series is a very long "cutscene" between 4 and the possible "5th instalment" of Fallout.

I don’t think people will be waiting for the next fallout game for as long as they think. Even Todd Howard has said the wait between games is too long. They have the money from MS too build another team to work on more games at the same time.
I think fallout 5 should be in Omaha NE. It's a wide city with a couple military locations that could be nuked in the story.

Totally just rumors, but there’s talk that fallout 5 will be in San Francisco, so it’s totally possible to have crossover characters like dr lee or mcreedy. I’d love to see goggins’ ghoul if he doesn’t die in the show
Another Fallout game won't come until after Elder Scrolls 6. I doubt it's even being worked on in any significant way yet. We'll probably see the next solar eclipse before we see another fallout game 😂😭
That sounds perfect. Real-life San Francisco already looks post-apocalyptic. It even has feral ghouls stumbling and sleeping in the streets. There's chem addicts everywhere, and raiders that regularly smash-and-grab.

The Brotherhood of Steel aren't your nice good guys in the games, they exterminated an entire city (Pittsburgh), they take all remaining technology for themselves and kill anyone who stand in their way, here in this show they are the nice Christian boyscouts with Power Armor, I'm already shivering at how they will retcon the rest of the lore lol. Anyway after Fallout New Vegas Bethesda didn't release a decent game anymore so I probably won't even watch this show lol

All that sounds pretty good to me. Positive, even. I mean it is a wasteland, afterall. You gotta start somewhere once the world as we know it ends...
No they aren't depicted as "nice christian boyscouts" - since when is being christian a positive attribute anyway. I think they are depicted more like crusaders that pillaged, raped and murdered their way through hundreds of miles. Also I don't even see actual proof of them actually being christian. It seems to be that their cult has taken some traditions from christianity that's all. Also Roger Maxson the very founder of the BoS was indeed a true hero.
Actually they did their research in some parts of the lore I mean shady sands was there and thats pretty much blown up and done. Plus the brotherhood knights are awful in this show which they also get right
if they really wanted to make the show lore-accurate, they should have talked to obsidion. This is bethesda's fallout, everyone, so do not be fooled. Be ready for brotherhood of steel fanboys nuking the world
As they say, "this ain't your grand dad's-" like or no, this is Fallout. I'm embracing it and gonna try to enjoy the show. I hope you find something to like in it.

Black Isle made a couple of retcons too just one year after the first Fallout. Retcons are completely normal and can potentually even improve lore but appearantly no matter what Bethesda does it's automatically bad. Not mention that Interplay (the studio behind the original Fallout) itself is behind the most lore inacurate Fallout ever - Fallout Tactics...

This show is so bad. I do not care about any of these characters. It’s slow and the number of plot lines you have to follow is insane. They could have made it more like the game- and just followed Lucy. Even if you don’t play the game you know the pacing is trash.
I disagree... I think that having different characters to follow really encapsulates that feeling of creating your own character, because it provides someone everyone can relate to... Well mostly everyone
