2 kitchens, one on the actual level with the full kitchen, and one in the basement level can be useful when entertaining. This is especially true when you do not want to have to run up and down the stairs to bring food to guests!
How much is the seasonal in VT
May I recommend recording videos with 0.5x zoom as it gives a wider view. I got a little bit dizzy by trying to follow the camera person.
