- Ahh the things we do for Social Media! Today my Honda Civic project gets a photoshoot on the first snow of the year. So let's see if we can make this budget build look good with some amateur car photography!
This isn't my typical Honda Civic vlog, but I thought I would bring you guys along for a frigid car photoshoot! I do enjoy automotive photography (even if that means mainly shooting my own cars lol). But I try to get out and practice as much as I can to get cool shots for social media or just for myself to enjoy. I typically shoot car photography with my Sony A7ii, but since that is missing a lens, we'll give the Panasonic LUMIX G85 a shot! So join me as I show you how I shoot car photography!
The Micro 4/3 platform is awesome, but not my favorite for car photography specifically. However, with a Panasonic 25mm 1.5 prime lens, it can still do a better job than my phone lol. The Honda Civic looks good in person, but definitely better in photos after some basic lightroom skills. I'll typically shoot the photo, send it to my phone over wifi, import it into lightroom, and then finish editing the photo. Maybe someday I'll make a video on how I edit car photos. I'm always looking to improve my shots and editing skills, so if you know more than me, feel free to chime in. Always down to learn!

Blizzaks WS80 are awesome in the snow and studs are not needed, been using it since early November here in Ottawa, Canada and have used it on snow in -4F.

When I put the new aftermarket muffler on my car a little over two years ago, I just went with a little bit bigger rubber muffler hanger, so it doesn’t rub against the bumper and create this vibrating sound on the bumper.
Ooo that might do the trick!
Yeah, it worked really well for me. I do get some rattling noise from there every once in a while, but that’s better than hearing that rattle everywhere I go.

I could do that, but I’m not sure if I want to. They do look good, but I do like the stock look more
