Matt Damon compares his prank-loving friend, George Clooney, to the exalted company of actors that George now joins with his Kennedy Center Honor!
The Kennedy Center Honors is an annual honor given to those in the performing arts for their lifetime of contributions to American culture.
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is proud to celebrate the 45th Honorees for lifetime artistic achievements: acclaimed actor and filmmaker George Clooney; contemporary Christian and pop singer-songwriter Amy Grant; legendary singer of soul, Gospel, R&B, and pop Gladys Knight; Cuban-born American composer, conductor, and educator Tania León; and iconic Irish rock band U2, comprised of band members Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr.
The event took place Sunday, December 4th, 2022, in the Kennedy Center Opera House, was televised Wednesday, December 28th at 8/7c on CBS, and is streaming on Paramount+.

I like Clooney but recently after his wedding and investing so much in liquor business he is not much in film business anymore, Michael Clayton is quite boring now. And Matt Damon, apologies - same face same jokes all the years. You sound like Clooney was writing comments himself.

Actually, Jimmy Kimmel stole the stationary and gave to Clooney because he knew, he could get away with it, there is an interview where they talked about it.

The best movie I enjoyed watching George Clooney in was called The American. He played a hired assissan out to kill and felt sad that he died in the end. Powerful movie by myself in a lonely cinema.
