This is a wonderful recipe I cant wait to try it out! I was wondering if you could stuff the bread with blueberry/strawberry compote?
I used to use ganache chocolate for filling is better. You try it!

So I tried this recipe and the matcha was extremely overwhelming :( I couldn’t even eat it’s and I followed everything you did 😰😰

Is it okay to let the dough sit at room temperature for like maybe 24 hours?
Hi before bake??if you want to let the dough sit for 24 hrs, you need to put the dough in the fridge;)))
I tried this but bitter because matcha and turn not the same color as this video🤦♀️🤦♀️I follow exactly like this recipe.
I'm not sure about the bitterness but as for the colour your matcha might not have been a high quality one. Matcha that is more brown or dull tends to be lower quality
