What I eat in a day as a model + workout routine

- *i do not track calories or weigh ingredients, just eat what i feel for and how much i want to feel satisfied. SO REMEMBER THAT EVERYDAY CAN BE DIFFERENT xx
My full day of eating:
Breakfast:
Buckwheat noodles with veggies
Caesar salad ( salad, tomatoes, chicken, croutons, nutrition yeast, dressing)
vegan caesar dressing recipe:
( you can add the amount of ingredients as much as you want ):
water
tofu
nutrition yeast ( gives cheesy flavor)
salt
seasonings
Lunch:
Mug cake:
5tbs of oats
2tbs of tofu
1 egg white/whole egg
half of the banana
flavor drops/stevia/sugar
baking powder
a little bit of water
( depending which consistency you like, more dry or “pudding” )
optional:
nuts ( if you are not adding nuts ,
you should add less water,
Dinner:
seafood salad
tomatoes
tuna
Shrimps
Crab meat
Kimchi
dressing:
soy sauce
wasabi
Leftover noodles and Veggies on the side
crisps to snack
