Even with stock right out the box this thing can take an absolute beating guys like rcdude got videos launching this thing to the sky out the box on stock brilliant little car

I asked him once why he does that and i guess he's just used to it now and can't stop, i cant enjoy driving with one you dont have as much control and i see it in the video. and it takes me two minutes to strap my phone to my controller
Wish it didn't take me 3 yrs to figure out I'm just a basher and racing isn't nearly as fun. I keep thinking about selling my typhon so I can finish my outcast build or get a kraton or something. Granted, the TLR typhon has been a great speed basher and a decent racer.
one of the best made rc out there .the whole chassis bending problem is a simple fix .... rollcage it . made a nascar style bolt on cage and no more problems ever . once its made all the bracing comes off then finish the cage so that the chassis comes out to 50/50 weight with 50 percent cross . it takes time but, in the end, its so worth it . if you dont want to build a cage you can buy a RC4WD Iron Hammer 1/8 Steel Monster Truck Chassis and modify it to fit . a main sells them for $150 its Part# RC4ZC0061

No doubt that’s pretty crazy driving one handed. I’m left handed and it’s pretty tough with a stock controller. 🤪

Add some kraton knuckles an hubs to widen the typoon an put 2.8 badlands on it. I did that plus put a truck body on it an its amazing to bash.
