My first RC was in the early 1990s, then got a few in 2009 (HSP), now just got back into RCs with my son, loving my Arrma and Corally’s. I haven’t got a Traxxas yet, this video might help me decide. RC’s are so much better now compared to the 90s or 2000s
Awesome! Glad your back and enjoying it with your son. That's what it's all about at the end of the day. Hope to pick me up a corally someday, they look great.
I started running Rc's back in the mid 80's. And I agree with you, the technology is off the chain!! I have quite a few newer Rc's and I will say.... I love all the brands 🙂 My newest purchases are the 2 Losi dbxl e 2.0's I had to have each color because I couldn't decide lol
Nice! Glad to see there's more that like em all! Those are some awesome buggies! I'm gearing mine up for another sand bash soon. Thanks for watching bud!
@jasongebhardt9194 traxxAS dud its in the name and not boy im engineer Trax leaves uxposed servos on purpose so they break fast and consumer pays Basicaly everything on then is like that I love arrma losi team associated
Dude, you made it, can't wait to check this vid out! I'll edit after the view, haha! Edit after watching: What a blast, this is a great video to share if somebody is on the fence about these two trucks. Keep up the great work, thank you!
Oh yea!!! Haha my fav all time basher is the kraton exb v2 but I’ve always loved the kraton since I got a v3 years ago.. not to mention RC has come a long way since my first car a tyco fast traxx lol
I’d like to see a kraton vs the Traxxas xrt and outcast vs xmaxx ? But is the xmaxx v2 is closer to the kraton in stance? Can you adjust the xmaxx brakes so it don’t roll on instant stops at high speed? Plus your xmaxx 4s needs to go against the Kraton 4s . Not 6s lol
I had so many RC's as a young teen. Mostly Nitro. RC10GT, T-maxx 3.3's , Stampede, nitro stampede, Rustler, nitro rustler, RC10MT (think that was name, small 18th scale) ....list goes on. After selling them all in early 20's now at age forty *COUGH* three lol These Lipo vehicles ARE NUTS! I got an outcast 4S and added its 8S EXB big brother. Both amazing vehicles! I kinda wanna try an Maxx. Might start with this 4S version. I'll say the 8S is fun but the sheer speed and punch of the 4S outcast is more fun to me! Great video!
Haha That's awesome man! And I completely agree, they're Nuts!! The smaller 10th/8th scale rigs are perfect. Still have a decent size and weight with wicked power! Thanks for watching brother, appreciate it!
Depends, lot of different things to consider. Size, power, space, price...so hard to say. They're both great either way. Just Depends on your style, wallet, and room to run haha.
i am split for a while on a kraton 4s or maxx to down them on 3s i only light bash, on your experience how easy are they to work on? my slash is not fun to work on , i think that how il make my pick!
Anyway you do it is the best way! Man, I don't own any arrma 4s models, but they look real similar to the 3s line. I have more experience with arrma so I find them easier to work on. The maxx breaks down just like the xmaxx. Front, rear, center. Kinda cumbersome as everything is well hidden/protected but also why it's so durable. But my 3s arrmas are cake to take apart. Just my 2cents. Either way, neither are bad enough to make it a deal breaker. Just go with what you really want brother!
I cant keep my Arrmas together for nothing. Most fragile of my collection. I stick to Losi, Axial, and Traxxas. My 3 Arrmas after my last run with my Outcast 8s RTR will not be run again. I'm over fixing them and the Outcast has been sitting on the shelf broken for months now. My Losis very rarely break if at all and i havent used 4 of my 5 Traxxas RCs much in a long time and not because of breakages, just not in the mood for them right now. I would like for Losi to make another RC like the 3XLE. I have only broke that RC twice and one of the 2 breakages was a screw broke off in the bellcrank, the other break was an arm.

👍🏼🔥👍🏼
Ha i thought up they kinda lacking in technology brands seem lame cheapish
And hate that they arent working together
LMAOOO
You said “lame & cheapish” There is nothing cheap about an ARRMA, Losi, or Traxxas young one 🤣

@@SketchRC- rock on brotha, I dropped in my edit. Love my Maxx v2, and can't wait to get my hands on that Mini Maxx for Christmas. PS: durability...

Own and love both. Great video, thank you!
Awesome, you're welcome!
Agreed 👍🏻
I finally have my traxxas maxx v2 I just can’t open it until Christmas 😊
Awesome bud!
Cool video, keep up the good work!
Thanks man! Don't hear that often, really appreciate it!
If you crash and or suck at jumping, get the maxx, if you're good at landings then the kraton
New video upload on your channel!! Hell Ya!! Press play, press like. Enjoy!!!
Lol, I appreciate ya!
Would you recommend the xmaxx or maxx v2?

Get a 4s kraton
That’s a you issue. No chance you are breaking them every run.
@@CrystalPlantz6s might as well do it right.
Of all of them I avoid Traxxas first.
Driver error 🤷🏻♂️
Kraton all day.
Kraton or outcast 4s would be a better comparison bud
A VS, not a comparison. Can't own them all, just having fun with what I own. Thanks for watching.
@@SketchRC- you got me. Your right. Cool video.
All good man, sorry for coming off wrong. Just seems this community sometimes is impossible to please when I'm just trying to enjoy it haha.
Maxx, silent as a cat. Kraton, squeals like a stuck pig.
😆
