I've tried going up to some other famous people and they spazz "Can't you see I'm busy!?!" But with Mike he looked at me , walked up and offered his hand "Hey, how are you doing? I'm Mike Ohearn. Nice to meet you." again, very nice guy.

Definitely not natty, but it's just the industry, he can't come out honest about that and risk losing sponsors and gigs. But he looks amazing, steroids basically mean he can put in several times more work training, he'd never be able to recover from that as natty. So ironically, being juiced up means you're working that much harder 😌😂. And he looks still young and healthy, let's hope he keeps it up 😉

How much beer would you recommend I drink after hitting arms? I have been having around 4 beers per arm day on average.

May as well go for the whole six pack man. My leg day comes directly after my arm day so I like to load up on carbs the night before so I have all the energy I need, you know. But the same logic would apply if you hit back, chest, or shoulders after arm day, so I drink a six pack every night. My doctor told me I have a problem but I told him to shut his pencil neck commie mouth and that I would never take health advice from someone who can't bench 315
