The first T of TRT is for testosterone which is the first steroids. It's not "steroids or TRT", it's "illegal steroids or legaly prescribed steroids" but there's no way you can maintain this mass with less than 10% bodyfat at +50 with only legal dosage of testosterone. And yes, even with steroids, he train really hard, everyone can see in his training videos that he is not joking.
All i can say is wow!!! Such an inspiration in so many ways. Its almost unbelievable how good the body looks too!! Im a straight male in my late 30s and I've never seen anyone look as good, or be that dedicated. Just amazing!!

He is the best man to learn from on net i think because he is so so consistant ....I motivated myself to actually go in a gym aged over 50 for first time ever in my life ...not to try and be anything big or anything but just not to give up on life because i was f'd and about to give up ... I lost 5 stones i am skinny now but I got toned Im happy with my lot n I got my life back and actually enjoyed exercise for first time ever. i never injured myself doing either cos i took it easy m listened to his advices.on range of motion etc Overall this man is a legend.of mindset rather than anything else. respect to him for that..

Love Mike I had Flex and other magazine covers on my walls back in my younger days of him and other bodybuilders. The guy is the real life super hero figure. You only see bodies like his in imaginary comics or movies.
I know him only since the dont hurt me song, but after this vid nothing than respect for him. If he's completely natural (what I think is possible) even more, doing bodybuilding that long with this huge consistency, huge motivation.
He's the epitome of the perfect genetic, bodybuilding specimen. He is 1 in several billion, perhaps the only person on the planet with the ability to get this yoked naturally.
Mike you do a great job on being disciplined 100% about nutrition and workouts. Always eat quality fresh protein with rice and some vegetables and hydrate with water is the best beverage. I take some vitamin supplements only 2x a month because they contain chemicals which affect the thyroid.
This dude was gifted a build and has stayed at it! Vice plays American Gladiator on Saturday mornings lol. Idk if he's natural... Some guys say natural when off for a year lol.
