- Hey everyone. Like so many of you, I've been thrilled by the new cinematic for Warhammer Age of Sigmar's 4th Edition and - like others have done for Warhammer 40k and Horus Heresy - I wanted to have a go at upscaling it to really show off how good this cinematic is. After all, why shouldn't Age of Sigmar get some love too.
All of this belongs to Games Workshop and, of course, do support Age of Sigmar's 4th Edition when it comes out in 2024!

As a skaven player I'm also happy to see how cool are stormcast eternals when they land in lightning. AoS is a great game, has a wonderful community and i'm quite optimistic for this new 4th version.
It’s going to be a fun edition, and I think we’ll see plenty of new players join the game this year 😄

Just beautiful. Personally I would´ve loved it if at the end we see a doom rocket getting started and would hear Ikitt Claw´s maniacal laughter.
The voice sounds like Cercey from
Game of Thrones or Evil Lyn from the new Masters of the Universe, could be the same actress.

As much as i miss the old world, this trailer does go pretty hard 😁 i do love that they touch on how ascending to the celestial storm host has a cost. Yes you are remade, eternal and powerful but your a warrior and thats it, and every defet chips a little more away of you until you may as well be a golem or and have as much personality as the weapons you weild.

oh man I'm hyped for the new Skaven, I hope we get more new models. At least models that are old are being made into plastic. I would love to see Skaven be some amazing kits. I do hope we get all 5 of the major clans. or at least ideas of them Ninja, plague, Tech, mutations, and most importantly hoard.
Skaven is chaotic, mobile, hoard army with some sneaky tricks. I can't wait

@@angrypicture6155except they are all kinda immortal, I mean sure nagash steals a little bit of their soul every time they die causing them to slowly lose their memory but let’s be honest that’s not an issue for any named character.
@Prophetofthe8thLegion them reviving after death changes nothing about them getting killed in the fight. My point is that they take L's. They do. The revival is more so an excuse for stormcast players to say their character didn't actually die after they lose them in a match.

Sigmar didn't really lie, so not sure what they are on about here.
He lied in that he never told them or the rest of humanity that there was a cost to reforging. He made it seem like the stormcast were unkillable immortals that would never lose themselves and forever stand against the dark but in reality he knew the whole time they would eventually lose their humanity after enough reforging because there was a flaw in the process that he kept hidden.

Cities of Sigmar are just mish mash of elves, dwarfs and humans. Hardly a human-centric faction

@@Dareword It certainly was about a mash of those races, but with the new Battletome the humans are the main force and city's habitants, stating that elves and dwarfs are primarily needed for the city's defense or maintenance
You mean the AOS version of the Imperial Guard/Navy yeah that's right in front of you they're called the Skaven.

I honestly think age of sigmar gets a bad reputation, it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.
Maybe not the game, but the world or lore is just not as good in my opinion😉
