I made these this week, using both asagi and shishito peppers that I needed to use up, and they were great with brown rice. My kids preferred the thinner-walled shishitos, but really they all tasted good.
This is so satisfying to watch. I enjoyed it. I can see how much dedication and hard work you poured into it. I can't wait for more videos to come. Good job to you.❤👌
Susan Kilpatrick if you can find them; shishito peppers are relatively mild in my experience. I can’t think of others to recommend. I wouldn’t recommend serranos or jalapeños as they are on the medium to high end.
Jalapeños are a fairly safe bet. Remove the ribs & seeds for mild-medium heat, leave them in for hot. But honestly, you can never be 100% sure with chilis. I grow my own in the summer, and last year my Serranos were damn near as hot as my Habaneros. 😆
The level of heat in chilies is measured in Scoville Heat Units (SHU). If you know a type of chili that you enjoy you should be able to use a web search to find its SHU range. Many stores will list the ranges for the chilies they have on offer. Wikipedia has a good article explaining the Scoville scale.
@@OhMyChord Thanks for the response! I couldn't quite place them, wasn't sure if maybe some form of cast iron I hadn't seen before, granite nonstick cookware that I've seen advertised, or something else entirety. I'll try to image search stone cookware and see if I can find a match. Thanks again!

Can anyone point me to the pots and pana she uses? Really curious what they're made out of and its properties.
