I can honestly say I almost sold all my TA products to switch another brand because of customer service was non existence....Long story short don't be scared to buy a new kit,they will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer...I am not the easiest consumer to satisfy when something isn't right...Props to TA bringing their customer service back to where it was like in the PAST
Just develop a better brushless system and put more effort into your non-race RC's. Your company would be shocked by the results! I mean, if Rlarrlo can do this, why not TA? Tell the CEO out there to put down the fking bong down, and get to work!
